We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. We will provide you with a receipt for the city tax at the check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience but this newly introduced law must be adhered to. Pietro’s apartment offers a charming Viennese experience due to the aging apartment, combined with stylish touch sue to the interior objects and spacious and bright rooms. The location is ideal, not right in the city center but close to it with perfect tram connections. The neighborhood offers multiple options for dining out, breakfast and cafe bars. Our favorite place is just 80 meters from the apartment, called Cafe Weimar. For elderly people it’s worth mentioning that the apartment is on the second floor without elevator.

I loved Alexandra’s place. It was clean and big. Very close to the tram and different train stations. The grocery stores were right down the road. I didn’t have a car so I didn’t have to park. But everything was fantastic. Alexandra was very responsive and helped me out for the three weeks I stayed there for school.

The house is clean, tidy and in a quiet location. It felt like we were staying in a hotel, they even have a separate laundry room where you can wash and iron your clothes. Communication with the hosts was very pleasant. They responded quickly and thought well. If we had any questions, we were immediately helped, really well! The instructions for checking in were very clear and easy to follow. What we also liked very much is that you could be at the U4 metro station within 5 minutes and easily travel to the center. A few stops from here you will also find the boarding place for the boat to Bratislava, within an hour and 10 minutes you will be in Bratislava (also recommended!). My friend and I recommend this property!

Charming, Calm and Central

I had the best week here, it was my last week in Vienna and I was so glad I completed my journey at this place because it was comfortable, and lovely. It’s a beautiful home, spacious and warm, equipped with everything, and it has the feeling of a real home unlike other rented out apartments where tourists simply come and go. There are supermarkets and restaurants close by, which was helpful, and good location because you can walk anywhere or hop on a tram right away to get to the major spots. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the neighbors in the apartment were friendly too. I absolutely loved staying here and hope to come back again. Stephanie was responsive and helped me check in by personally coming by and explaining everything well. It was truly a wonderful experience.
