I rent out a very sunny and bright apartment only 7 minutes walking distance to the metro station Ober-St. Veit. The aparrment has a spacious living room with a kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom with mit bath. A terrace can be used in summer.

The apartment is incredibly stylish and boasts modern features like amazon prime TV. The fully equipped kitchen is also great, should you wish to stay in and cook. We found the metro very easy to use when travelling into the city. Will definitely come back when we’re next in Vienna.”

The apartment has a great location and is walking distance to most of central Vienna, with tons of good restaurants and grocery stores near by. I had a couple of special requests which Diana didnt hesitate to accommodate. Great response time and always willing to try and help with whatever it might be. The apartment was super clean and really nice to be in, bedroom was dark and quite with a comfortable bed. Only small minus is internet speed, but for normal use it is not a problem (netflix etc works fine). Would definitely book again!”

Your flat is directly in the city center, opposite the Saint Stefan Cathedral, but also in a green and silently environment. Directly in the centre but totally silent you can count this flat a rarity in Vienna. You can visit the main tourist spots per foot. The Flat is located on the 4. Floor and therefore beautifully bright. The flat is also best linked with the public transport. Enjoy to live in old town and most luxurious part.
What guests are saying:“I stayed a second time at Elisas appartment as I think there cannot be a better location for a short trip to vienna. This time I had a friend from the USA to show around. Elisa put in a new airconditioning ( think she mentioned she build it 2020) and even in the hottest days it was nice and cool in the appartment. This time the courtyard was beautifully green as we came in spring. A beautiful view from the window and you can sleep very well with the windows open and fresh air as it is so quiet in this courtyard. There is no street nearby. I am lucky to have found this place. Will definitely recommend it with more than 5 Stars.”
