Guesthouse "the barn"

Welcome to our newly built guest house "Ladan." A home in a quiet, rural setting just east of Uppsala. With us, you live 13 km from Uppsala C and 7 km from the E4, which takes you further towards Arlanda or Stockholm. 1000 meters from the accommodation, a bus goes directly to Uppsala C and during some summer days, you can take a steam train to the city with the museum railway Lennakatten. The guest house is located on the outskirts of Gunsta community, close to nature. In the area, there is the nice Stiernhielms Krog & Livs, where you can eat well or shop a little.

Small cozy guest house on a leafy plot. 400 meters from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim at a jetty or small beach in the summer and ice skate in the winter. Close to a beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cottage has a room and bathroom. It has a small, but fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a folding guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom, there is a washing machine, shower and toilet. Sheets and towels included.

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Central location in charming house from 1850. 84 square meters in three levels with 2 bedrooms. Living room with a large sofa, fireplace, kitchen island with 5 chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and coffeemaker. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and a sauna. A few meters to the lake with for swimming. 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and 35 minutes to Stockholm City. Sigtuna is the oldest town in Sweden with lots of charming restaurants, cafés and shops.

Huset har dusch, toalett, enkelt pentry, braskamin och vedeldad bastu, En oas som för dig som uppskattar livskvalitet och inte vill bo i centrum. Sovloftet har två madrasser direkt på golvet och nås via en stege. Taket är lågt, så här gäller det att omfamna sin inre katt och krypa smidigt in mot madrasserna 😊 Mysigt, charmigt och inget för den som vill stå raklång i sängen😉 Lakan, handdukar ingår.

Cosy cottage, 150m to private jetty. Option to hire the floating sauna with roof terrace and lounge area for an additional fee. Short trips on the lake can also be arranged (weather dependent). Activities available by request: fishing, paddle board, water skiing, kayaking, sailing. The cottage is set in Rävsta nature reserve, 4km from historic town of Sigtuna, easily reached by bicycle or short walk. The airport is conveniently only 20 mins and Stockholm City, 40 mins.

Attefallshus at commuter train station

The property is located in Knivsta Centrum about 100m from Knivsta commuter train station. With UL: 8 minutes to Uppsala Central Station. With SJ and Mälartåg: 27 mins to Stockholm Central Station. The Attefall house is completely secluded from the main property with its own driveway and outdoor area. Inside, you'll find all permanent housing facilities. Level 1 is about 25 sqm and the sleeping loft on level 2 is about 10 sqm. Balcony about 20 sqm

Paradise Haknäs

Take a peaceful time-out for two and enjoy a quiet stay in the heart of Swedish nature. Despite the calm surroundings, the location is conveniently accessible, just a 25-minute drive from Arlanda Airport and 20 minutes from Uppsala City. In the surrounding area, there are a few walking and hiking options reachable within a short distance on foot. A lake with a jetty and opportunities for a refreshing swim is also just a few minutes away.
