Steigen Lodge Sjøhytte Våg nr 1

We want everyone to experience nature as closely as possible. Therefore, we have built three small cabins/ houses, with large glass surfaces everywhere, so that you can sit inside and enjoy the mountains, the horizon, the sea , the sunsets and the midnight sun. Now it's not always sunny on the island, so we have a nice sofa, which can be daybed too, for moments when you want to sit inside under the blanket, look at the rain and the wind, but still get a great experience of the changing nature.

Huset ligger idyllisk til innerst i Botnfjorden i Steigen kommune med utsikt rett ut fjorden mot Vest Nord-vest . Eiendommen ligger usjenert til med ca 600 meter til nærmeste nabo . Huset er fra tidlig 1800tall utbygd i 1952 , renovert 2008-09 etter lynnedslag . 4 små soverom , loftstue med TV , video,dvd, og Apple-TV ,stue med TV/ Apple-TV ,kjøkken,bod,vaskerom med vaskemaskin/tørketrommel 1.bad med dusjnisje. Your own private cabin, with the ocean right outside your window. Inside you find three bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Go outside and enjoy the view from the sea side patio, complete with furniture and a campfire pan. Depending on the season and weather you can see eagles and other birds fly by, or just enjoy the stunning aurora. It´s a 3 minute walk to our small city center with grocery stores, sports shop, a liquor store, pharmacy, hair dressers and a gas station.

The Blue House - Blokken

A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.
