The Little House

Welcome to Lilla Huset! In this unique and quiet guest house you have everything you need for vacation or just a bed for the night. Here there is tranquility in the countryside but there are short distances to nice beaches, Malmö and Copenhagen. It is only 10 minutes to the ferry in Trelleborg. 2 guests sleep comfortably in the double bed but we can bed with extra mattresses for up to 4. Note: The upper floor is a sleeping loft with a rather narrow and steep staircase. Private patio and shared garden with the host. Welcome❤️

1-room apartment close to Malmö and Trelleborg

Pleasant apartment located in an idyllic village about 1 mile outside Malmö. Close to the hiking area Arriesjön and several golf courses. The easiest way to get here is by car. The nearest train station is in V Ingelstad about 4 km from here. Bus connection there and to Vellinge town,( only weekdays and not 16 June - 17 August.) Convenience store is available in nearby Västra Ingelstad about 3 km, larger shop in Oxie about 3 km. Car chargers for electric cars on site. Charging fees are to be paid directly to the host.

Renovated basement level in old house

We welcome guests to the renovated basement level which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is a heating floor, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, coffee maker, microwave, wifi and private entrance through the carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden which has a patio in the corner. Because it is stairs down, it is not handicap accessible. There is free street parking but date parking.

Guest apartment at Söderslätt (Hammarlöv)

Countryside guest apartment (25kvm) located on the second floor above the garage-two rooms and a bathroom. There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Cottage in Svedala, Skåne, Sweden

A modern and fully equipped accommodation, suitable for smaller - large families or groups. This 1-8 person accommodation is located in Skåne, Svedala, just a half-hour drive from Malmö, Lund, Ystad, Trelleborg, and Copenhagen. Close to the beach, forest, culture, golf courses, birdwatching, and more. The house is used as a guesthouse year-round. It is a well-equipped and relatively new stone house from 2012, situated on the host's property with a view of the courtyard and surrounding fields.
