The apartment has a large kitchen, spacious bedroom with latex quality mattress, large and cozy balcony + shared courtyard. Nice private toilet and nice private bathroom with shower. Central station if merely a 15 minute walk, or the nearest metro is just a few minutes walk away. This is my full time home and I rent out when on vacation. It is fully functional.
