Diese Wohnung liegt zentral im beliebten Hamburg-Altona (Ottensen). Die gut geschnittene 65qm-Wohnung verfügt über drei Zimmer. Neben einer voll ausgestatteten Küche gibt es ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Esszimmer. Angeschlossen an die Küche kann man entspannt auch auf dem Balkon Platz finden. Das Schlafzimmer geht zum Hinterhof und ist ruhig gelegen. Es verfügt über ein bequemes 2mx1,60m-Bett mit zwei Decken+Kissen. Selbstverständlich sind Bettwäsche und Handtücher inbegriffen.

Die Wohnung liegt in St.Georg, in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Der Steindamm bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Lidl, Budni, und viele gute und günstige Gemüsehändler. Die Lange Reihe mit ihren schönen Restaurants und Bars ist 250m entfernt. Zur Alster sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Von hier aus kann man Hamburg super zu Fuß erforschen, die Öffis sind auch alle direkt erreichbar. Große Couch, Gemütliches Bett, 48“Zoll TV, tolle Küche, es ist alles da für dich. Schöne ruhige Wohnung zwischen Alster und Stadtpark. Gute Anbindung zum Nahverkehr, U- Bahn Borgweg in 10 Minuten (850m) und Bus in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Fussläufige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Supermarkt, Drogeriemarkt, Apotheke, etc. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und einem schönen, sonnigen Balkon in den Innenhof. Neben fußläufigen Möglichkeiten die Natur zu genießen, sind Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 25 min. in der Innenstadt von Hamburg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 2min. fußläufig entfernt. Ein großer Supermarkt mit einem Bäcker und ein ital. Restaurant sind ca. 1km entfernt. Am Eingangsbereich auf dem Grundstück befinden sich Sicherheitskameras.

You'll have the whole place to yourself. You won't want for anything. It is newly renovated and fully equipped. The comfortable king-size bed can accommodate 2 people, another on the sofa or in the inflatable bed. Despite the great public transportation and shopping, you have a very good parking situation. You can quickly reach all the hotspots in the city. In just 3 minutes you are at the subway and shortly thereafter in the city center.

Die Maisonette Wohnung befindet sich im 1. + 2. OG eines Reihenhauses. Sie besticht mit dem großen, offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und anliegender Dachterrasse. Im 1. OG Stockwerk befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Duschbad. Das große Schlafzimmer hat zwei Kingsize Betten (1,80x2 m). Im kleinen Schafzimmer ist ein Queensize Bett (1,40x2 m). Check-in flexibel (nach Absprache) Wir haben die Wohnung im November 2025 renoviert.

Die Unterkunft mitten in Hamburg zwischen den Stadtteilen Eppendorf und Hoheluft Ost ist diese wunderschöne Wohnung im Dachgeschoss gelegen. Mit riesigen Fenstern kann man hier gut den Ausblick auf das belebte "Notting Hill" genießen und hat im Schlafzimmer seine Ruhe, da dieses zum Hinterhof hinaus geht. Die Wohnung ist durch die Fenster sehr hell und bringt durch den großen Raum des Wohnzimmers und der Küche Urlaubsgefühle mit.
