Elegant Brooklyn style loft in the heart of Hamburg

Our loft is located in the rear courtyard of a heritage red clinker brick complex from the 1920s. We have renovated an old light-filled workshop with a lot of love for detail with metal and oak. We offer: - 5 meter high ceilings - Fully-equipped open kitchen - a modern bathroom with Rainshower shower head - a spacious living area. Up in the gallery is a comfortable double bed. Please do not inquire about events, film shoots or the like. Guests have access to the entire loft. We live just minutes away and are happy to assist our guests. Hoheluft-West is in the heart of the city, less than two kilometers from the Schanzenviertel, three kilometers from the Alster and four kilometers from the harbor. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, supermarkets and restaurants are within walking distance. Hoheluftbrücke (U3) and Schlump (U2) U-Bahn subway stations are minutes away. Bus 181 stops almost right in front of the building, and buses M4 and M5 stop less than 100 meters away. In the vicinity, you can park almost anywhere on the street. Smoking is not allowed. Smoking outside the front door is okay, but after 10 pm please do not speak loudly because of the neighbors. Definitely do not use the flower pots as ashtrays (someone has already done that...)!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig im Villenstadtteil Uhlenhorst auf einem der schönsten Grundstücke Hamburgs direkt an der Alster. Vom großen Balkon blickt man über den Feenteich und die Alster. Schöner geht es kaum! Das Zentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder dem Bus in etwa 10 Min. zu erreichen. Vermietet wird ein Teil von Alexanders Wohnung, der über einen separaten Eingang, Bad, WC und eine kleine Küche verfügt. Absolute Privatsphäre!! SONDERPREIS in Wintermonaten ab 4 Wochen! Built in 1900, the 70 sqm flat features a beautiful old wooden floor and high ceilings, a bath tub, central heating and even a tiny balcony with sunshine in the morning. The place is ideal for solo or business traveler. For couples only if comfortable with the 140x200 bed size.

This great apartment is located in one of the best locations in Hamburg (Harvestehude district). In 200m you will be at the Hamburger Außenalster. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony opens onto a quiet backyard. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard. In the bedroom, for example, you have a 1.80 m wide and high-quality box spring bed at your disposal and on the balcony there is a great gas grill (use is free of charge).

This beautiful home has been renovated in 2022 with new wooden oak flooring and Scandinavian style finishes. It has a balcony with seating. It is located on the second floor and there is no lift in the house. The place is calm as the bedroom is not on the street but towards the back of the house with its own balcony.
