The 2.5-room vacation apartment located in the village center of Lenzerheide, with approximately 70 m², is situated on the ground floor of the very quiet building section 6 of Hotel Schweizerhof, with direct access to wellness facilities, underground parking, and direct exit to the cross-country ski trail. The location of the apartment is ideal due to the short distances to restaurants, village life and shopping, as well as the hotel's own swimming pool and wellness area of Hotel Schweizerhof.

The approximately 110 m² large apartment with three bedrooms for max. 6 persons located on the first floor of a small residential complex (built in 2018) with only a total of 5 units. It has a spacious terrace and a lift. To Lake Constance and Lochau train station is about 500 meters. A supermarket can be reached on foot in one minute. Lochau is centrally located between the cultural city of Bregenz, the island city of Lindau and the Pfänder (local mountain).

Only a few minutes walk from Lake Constance, the "Gästehaus Heilig Apartment 2" is centrally located in Langenargen, a recognized resort with a beautiful lakeside promenade. The vacation home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. The child-friendly accommodation provides a baby crib and high chair upon request.
