Also in the same house: 2 rooms w/double bed and 1 with twin beds, shown in separate adds, but we don't mix groups. If you reserve just one room, the whole house is at your disposal, and no one else will be there. Rooms can be locked and, of course there is hot water. Airbnb's add says the opposite.
