Come and stay in our cozy pool house in scenic Älta, Nacka! Separate house of 25 sqm located on our property. The house has a bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom, wood-fired sauna and kitchen/kitchenette + small living room in one. Swimming in the pool according to the permit. But it is also close to several swimming lakes, one of which is 100 m from the house (sandy beach & jetties). Kayaks are available to rent by the lake. 100 meters to grocery store & buses to central Stockholm (max. 25 minutes) A cozy pool house with sauna, kitchen, lakes nearby & 25 minutes to Stockholm

House 27 sqm 20 minutes from the city

Newly-built private house in a high position with terrace, 2 minutes to the bus (15 minutes to Gullmarsplan, 20 minutes to Slussen Stockholm city). Parking is included. Bed linens, towels, consumables are included. TV with Chromecast. Dishwasher and washing machine. 5 minutes to the swimming lake, 15 minutes to the nature reserve. 2 minutes to grocery store open every day 8 am - 10 pm. 2 bikes are included. Stockholm city 35 min, the sea (Baltic Sea) with sandy beach, 30 min. NOTE: Only non-smokers are allowed as guests, this is because we are allergic.

In scenic Trångsund, 18 minutes from Stockholm Central Station, you will find this cozy cottage. A ten-minute walk will take you to Trångsund's center with grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaner, shoemaker and simple restaurants. In the same amount of time, you can walk to the nearest swimming area or the popular café and restaurant Villa Printz. The cottage is located right on the edge of the forest, next to a hiking trail. From here, you can hear woodpeckers and other birds and at dawn, both foxes and deer and hares often pass by.

Staying in Älta is also perfect for those who like city life, as you can also reach the city center, Södermalm/Slussen in 20 minutes by bus. Only 10 minutes from Avicii Arena/3Arena and 20 minutes from Stockholm City, you will live in a quiet townhouse area with good public transport and free parking. Public transport departs constantly from the bus station, which is 2 minutes away from the residence. Here you live close to nature as well as the pulse of the city. Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. För tillfället under reparation. Tillgänglig från 20/5.
