A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Staying in Älta is also perfect for those who like city life, as you can also reach the city center, Södermalm/Slussen in 20 minutes by bus. Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende precis vid vattnet. Magisk utsikt med vattnet utanför dörren. Under senare delen av året kan man ibland se det härliga norrskenet. Ett perfekt ställe för avkoppling och återhämtning. Användning av spa pool ingår. Bastu går att lägga till för en kostnad 500 kr/dag under er vistelse men meddela detta vid bokningen Endast 25 minuter med bil till Stockholm city om man vill utforska staden och 10 minuter till härliga vandringsleder i Tyresta Nationalpark.

Njut av vind och väsen från naturen till den sprakande kaminen. Laga din mat över grill eller kokplatta. Total avkoppling från allt annat som haft betydelse! Här laddar du om batterierna till fullo. Enkel toalett och dusch ca 90 meter ifrån. Endast dusch under sommaren. Max plats för 2 personer.

Välkommen till torpet som det kallas, original boningshuset på vår lilla gård som uppfördes på 1800-talet. Här bor man med hästar och höns som grannar 15 min från Stockholm City. Väggarna viskar om historier från en svunnen tid. Här njuter man av gårdens charm utan att göra avkall på några bekvämligheter. Torpet är på 130 kvm och det finns två separat sovrum. Detta är inte ute på landet utan en citynära gård som erbjuder tillgänglighet men djur och natur bakom knuten!
