No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !
