Home is about 200 yards off of via 41 and is behind the newly built La Parada. No highway noise due to the surrounding structure and concrete block. Front and back yards are grass and do not get muddy.

Has a porch with 5 steps up to it, one bathroom, electric hot water tank, yard and parking for one car. Includes WiFi and shared washer/dryer. No smoking in the Casita, small pets will be considered upon inquiry.
