Das bekannte Schanzenviertel und der Hafen ebenso. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der tollen Aussicht bis zum Michel, der Reeperbahn, dem Hafen und der Elbphilharmonie. Die einmalige Lage mitten in der Szene ist unschlagbar. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende.

Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

A central oasis of well-being & green surroundings

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: The S-Bahn is within 8 minutes' walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Shopping, restaurants, a park, playground and lake are close by. Looking forward to your visit :-)

Cozy Souterrain apartment (60 m2) in the heart of Hamburg. Quiet, residential location, a small park across the street. Private garage rental 15€/day or neighborhood street parking with Visitor's Pass 4€/day. Hamburg Harbor, Fish Market, Reeperbahn, Elbe River, trendy Ottensen and Schanze neighborhoods close by. Königstrasse subway station (5 min. walk), the Altona Train Station (10 min. walk) and the Altona Central Bus Station (10 min. walk) all Hamburg destinations are easily reached.

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

Mein kuscheliges 2-Zimmer - 42 qm Appartment liegt im Basement einer hübschen Stadtvilla in einem der schönsten Viertel Hamburgs. Die Wohnung hat alles, was du für einen kürzeren oder längeren Hamburg-Aufenthalt brauchst - eigenen Eingang, Wlan, Wohnküche, Wohn-Schlafzimmer und ein hübsches Bad mit Fußbodenheizung. Die Lage ist perfekt - superruhig - in 3 Minuten an der Elbe und in 5 Minuten mitten drin im lebendigen Ortskern von Ottensen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt!

In the heart of the "Schanze" is this little piece of jewelery - hidden in a side street & yet in the middle of Hamburg´s stage quarter. The apartment is perfect for 2 & nice for 4. Whether the harbor or the famous Reeperbahn, whether city center or the Hafencity with the Elbphilharmonie - from here everything is perfectly accessible. Great restaurants, cafes, shops and bars can be found directly in the neighbourhood. I put my whole heart in the this lovely place.

Old building charm with modern hotel-like furnishings, improved sound insulation and well-equipped kitchen. Within walking distance there are numerous bars and restaurants in the popular trendy district of Sternschanze. Child-friendly district with many playgrounds.

Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.

Fantastic studio apartment with garden view

Newly refurbished and completely newly equipped. Beautiful half-timbered walls complete the interior design. Through the window you have a view of the green garden with old trees and the middle of Altona. The shower tray has a low ceiling and due to the age of the building, you can sometimes hear the heating pipes "knocking".
