Primary guest must be 25 years old. We greet all guests in person upon arrival, you will be required to present a valid government ID to make a copy of for our records. Centrally located, newly renovated warehouse features 110 year old tin ceilings, heart pine floors, new amenities include granite counters, stainless appliances, central air/heat, ceramic tile baths, dishwasher, in-unit washer. Late check-in available, 6-10pm for $30 fee. Early check (if available) can be arranged for a $20 fee.
