Restored village apartment in the heart of Sierra Espadan. It has three bedrooms with a double bed and a private bathroom for each bedroom. It has a kitchen, dining room with bioethanol stove-fireplace (additional €5 per liter of fuel) and terrace with a 300-square-meter fenced garden with barbecue (firewood not included). Our guests can enjoy the tranquility of the natural park as well as all its trails that are very well marked, and if they prefer they can do adventure activities in the surroundings. It is also a perfect enclave for mountain-bike lovers (medium-high level). Eslida is surrounded by natural spring water sources and has paella pans and picnic areas. We are 10 km from the CV-10 motorway (exit 1), just 40 minutes from Valencia and 20 minutes from Castellón. Despite being in the middle of the mountain, we are only 17 km from the beach.

Nice house in a rural village

The Replaceta house is the house where I grew up. It was an old grocery store and tavern, the only one that existed in the small town of 300 inhabitants where the house is located. It is a house with history and has been rehabilitated with a lot of love and effort trying to maintain the charm of the town houses in the area. The ground floor is fully accessible for people with mobility problems, it has no architectural barriers.

We had the most amazing stay at Maria and Marta's home. The views were spectacular and it was such a relaxing environment. We loved how much there was to do close by as well. The home had everything that we needed. the outdoor kitchen was a particular highlight, especially this area with the carbonero (it's name is great tit in the UK), nesting inside the trunk of Carob tree, which was an extra treat to witness. Maria and Marta were very helpful and accommodating. The perfect stay in a beautiful location!

Carmen was a super good host. Very accessible and with lots of tips to make the most of our stay in Tales. The house is very cozy and everything was very clean. Perfect for alternating mountain getaways with barbecues in the garden. In our case, we went with family and it was a total success. A beautiful location with a lot of peace in a beautiful environment! The swimming pool is small, so we didn't go in it. There is a steep driveway with the gate on the left (a safe feeling). You are a little further from Valencia, but parking the car in, for example, Bétera and taking the metro to Valencia is fine. Pay attention to the metro times; the last metro runs in the evening! Recommended for Valencia: bike tour with Dutch guide. There is much to discover in this city and a nice change with this relaxing stay!

Great place to stay to explore the local area - Luis was a fantastic house and was there waiting for us when we arrived to show us around. He was really helpful at suggesting places when we said we were hoping to do some wild swimming as well as the water park. The house was spotlessly clean and tidy and the kitchen well equipped. Massive bonus is having a Mercadona just around the corner! We will definitely stay again 👌
