Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Álvaro Obregón

Our stay at the apartment in CDMX was a perfect stay. The location was best and very walkable to a lot of restaurants, activities, museums and others. The apartment was clean and full of amenities. My friend and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location! The mall is close by with many restaurants, the building is wonderful. Well secured with security. The host was very attentive to every need. I loved the atmosphere! The view in the apartment was wonderful. It was everything i hoped and more. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It had all the necessities we needed for a comfortable and convenient visit. The space is very modern, clean, and located in a safe area. There is a security guard at the entrance who ensures that only residents and their guests are allowed in, which added peace of mind. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always available to answer questions or assist when needed. I had read some reviews mentioning noise at night, but that wasn’t our experience at all. We did a lot of sightseeing during the day, so by the time we got back, we were tired and slept soundly without any disturbances. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Disregard my last review, Super clean, cool decor, walkable for tourist and safe. Very convenient a lot of stores like Walmart at a walkable distance. Lock for the door for the Airbnb worked fine and secure! The Airbnb also has everything you need so that’s also a plus! Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is very good, just as it appears in the photos, very nice and in a good place. Angel whenever I wrote to ask him something, he answered me immediately, I needed a fan because it was very hot not to have air conditioning and immediately sent me two fans.

This was my first Airbnb experience. I was a bit nervous at first, but this host made me feel very reassured and comfortable. The apartment is great, there is a convenience store on the S1 floor, there are some great malls nearby and safe areas to be picked up and dropped off by Ubers. Will book again if I’m in CDMX!

It's an excellent place to rest, super nice, very quiet, in an accessible area, impeccable cleanliness in all areas, the host is a very attentive and cordial person, I recommend it 100%.

The place matches the photos. It's very simple but nice and fulfills the function of having a good rest. Mr. Sergio was extremely friendly and helped me with my questions.

Beautifully decorated, somewhat unconventional - not your typical apt building - space. Very decent food options in the area. Neighborhood has strong "up and coming" vibes, as well as a few tourist attractions within walking distance. Mateo was friendly, accommodating, and plays great music in the early evenings.

The space was so beautiful and spacious! It was perfect for our group! The hosts were very friendly and responsive! This was well worth the price!

This is a great part of CDMX - culturally there are many things to explore. Pepe shared a lot of information and it was amazing to learn so much just from talking with him. Though a short stay, I appreciated their flexibility with BOTH check-in/check-out. They are very close to many restaurantes, fast food, convenience stores and cafes for all budgets. There is much to see and do in the area - walking through the streets of Coyoacan is very enjoyable - lots of small alleys almost like a labyrinth at times - AND no noise from the airplanes that are typical in MANY parts of CDMX. It rained the 2 days I was there so I did not get to benefit from the lovely terraces and rooftop views. But that would be an additional bonus to enjoy. Thanks so very much, Fer & Pepe!!

The bedroom is new and still smells new. The bed is comfortable and it has very good ventilation and lighting. The area is ideal for those looking to go to or be in Polanco as it is 5-10 minutes away with everything and traffic. The only thing I would improve is the chair for working, since it is not ergonomic, but for sending a few emails, it is fine.

pretty much everything about the place was great. the only thing i found frustrating was the address supplied to ride shares; they'd drop-off and pick-up on the other side of the building bc of the address. other than that logistical detail, amazing host & place.

I was here for the month and felt right at home, it might not be polanco but you're in the heart of the locals, the people that work there are friendly and always smiling and it has everything you need for a long stay. gran sur is across the road which hosts a mall for you needs at home and the street food scene is always going off, it does take a hour to get into centro as traffic is always crazy in the city but you have everything you need here if you're wanting a more local experience would happily stay here again on my returns to the city
