Private pool in a separate building for the use of guests. The pool is warm from winter holidays to November. In the winter season, you can rent without a pool – lower price. Train on a treadmill, rowing machine, and elliptical machine. Infrared sauna in the boathouse is included in the rent. Rental of kayak and paddleboard. Boat and fishing equipment can be rented by appointment. Use of all equipment is at your own risk.

The apartment is a good starting point for trips in nice terrain. Good fishing spots and approved for tourist fishing. Boats can be rented from the host in season from March to the end of September. Øien 530 with 40Hk Yamaha (requires certificate or that you were born before 1980). Without a certificate, Øien 530 with 25 Hk Tohatsu is available. Satellite dish with Norwegian and German channels. Boat with 25 hp price NOK 550/day. Boat with 40 hp is priced at NOK 650/day. Bed linen and 2 towels, cloth and kitchen towel costs NOK 150/person.
