Le Petit Séchoir de Léa, completely renovated in 2020, 2 km from the historic center of Sarlat-la-Canéda, close to shopping malls and the Dordogne. Its layout consists of a kitchen/dining room (microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senseo, toaster...) and a TV with PS4. Outside area includes table and chairs for 6 people + barbecue + parasol. Our Gîte is a 40 m2 studio that offers the authenticity of the Dordogne with its beautiful exterior stone. Our park is wooded and enclosed. Relaxation is guaranteed in this bucolic and charming place. It is located 1 km from Montignac-Lascaux by a small country road. The cottage is on the ground floor (one interior step of the accommodation) of a beautiful building embellished with a green Virginia creeper and an outdoor terrace.

We took care to keep the exposed beams and stone walls characteristic of the region. Ideal for lovers of nature, calm and tranquility. Here you will find large spaces to walk in the forest and by the 2 lakes on the estate. Sunbathe by the pool. Free parking is provided for each cottage.
