The "Fireplace Room" with many windows has its own wood-burning fireplace that both heats and creates its own atmosphere. A toilet (water-soluble toilet) Separett) is available next to the Fireplace Room. Door from the fireplace room leads to private patio. The shower is out in the wood-fired sauna trailer. Walking distance to the village's 24/7 grocery store, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village are two fishing lakes with stocked fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and peaceful area with the forest and snowmobile track outside the door. Please respect that you are not renting our part of the garden.

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Newly built attic house 24m2 + loft with all the amenities 6.8 km from Luleå city center. Luleå University is only 5.3 km away. The house is located on Hällbacken in Luleå's new residential area, close to nature with nice exercise trails, 1 km to the beach. There is sleeping space for 4 people, double bed (140) and mattresses in the loft. Parking space in front of the house.

Welcome to a nice and cozy courtyard house with a central location – close to the city's offerings but still located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We, as a host family, live in the main building on the same property and often spend time out in the yard. A nice dog also moves freely on the property.
