Welcome to Sky’s Place. This little gem with its Alaskan charm is located just 20 minutes from grocery, local bars and restaurants. 60 min to Chena Hot Springs and 2 hours to Denali National Park. It’s a perfect romantic getaway or a cozy place to enjoy with friends. We are up in the hills facing north without city lights, allowing spectacular northern light viewing. Lots of beautiful wood accents, natural light and room darkening shades. When possible, I can offer flexible check in/out times.

If you are looking for a home away from home where moose frequent the yard and the Aurora lights up the sky, this is it. Being just out of town affords a quiet setting and nice mountain views yet it's only a short drive to the grocery store and shopping. With a private entrance and the owner's garage between the two living spaces the guest suite offers plenty of privacy and separation. Beautiful apartment, king size bed, and fast WiFi!

Drive out of the city commotion, and stay in the beautiful hills. Quiet apartment with a king size bed north of Fairbanks. This unit has everything to make your stay comfortable. After exploring Fairbanks, you can get your gear cleaned in the washer and dryer. Sleep tight on the memory foam mattress. Create something special in the full kitchen. Work on your to-do list in the home office. Or just relax on the couch with free access to Netflix, Apple TV, and Amazon. Truly a relaxing stay.

Peaceful cabin located in the beautiful hills of Alaska. Close to town but far enough away to feel the Alaskan experience. Perfect area to view Alaska’s breathtaking Northern Lights. Full kitchen and full private bathroom. Very roomy with one queen bed, a full/twin bunk bed and a futon couch. Sleeps 5 adults or 4 adults & 2 children. Approximately 15 minute drive from downtown Fairbanks. The driveway to the cabin may require a vehicle with 4 wheel drive and winter tires in the winter

Private 2 bedroom suite downstairs in quaint rural suburban neighborhood. 12 minutes from shopping centers. Full kitchen with dining area. Patio, barbecue, and laundry. Queen beds with 14" comfort foam mattresses. High speed internet, unlimited wifi, and clutter free work area. It's quiet and sound proofed but no party's. The Aurora is visible from the yard when they're on display. I designed this comfortable space for my elderly Mom if she ever needs it. But for now it's a classy Airbnb!

Ask the rental agency about this before renting from Anchorage!

A place to experience Alaska the way it was meant to be!

Harper’s Homestead is a great place to kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cabin is located on a secluded 6 acre lot with a beautiful view that is perfect for northern lights viewing! This cozy, yet stylish cabin has all the amenities you could ask for. A short 10 minute drive from downtown Fairbanks or a quick jaunt down Chena Hotsprings Road will lead you to wonderful hiking trails and the world famous Hotsprings!

Chaplin Cabin

Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.

The little log cabin in the woods

This little log cabin gives guests an authentic Alaskan experience of "damp" (running water at the sink, heated outhouse, no shower) cabin living with all the creature comforts in a cozy spot nestled in the woods. It's close to town, but far enough away to see auroras in the dark winter skies. Close to trails and local entertainment and food, but you just might see a moose walk by.
