A cozy homestead house built in 1950 with all of the modern upgrades. A small space packing lots of style! Queen and fold out beds downstairs and a queen size pullout in the living room, this home will sleep 5 adults or a family of 6. A full kitchen and washer/dryer to keep things clean. This cabin is centrally located in Fairbanks and two blocks from main bus lines and 2 miles from University of Alaska and rail depot. Great for a family to settle in while exploring the great interior!

A Private City, Cabin-feel Studio for 1 Person

This studio-for only one person. Is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in the city where Northern Lights can be seen during the months we get darkness. We do recommend researching northern lights strength ahead of time. There are 2 grocery stores, a clothing store, several eating establishments, banks, an outdoor mini mall, a used clothing store , a U-haul rental store, and a bike path. The bus stop is a 15 minute walk away. The airport is a quick 10 minutes drive away.

We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as place for our parents to stay in the summer. In the winter, it's yours! It's an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.
