Great location, very clean, ac works as it should. Water never ran out and was hot. Celvin was there for check in. I recommend staying there!

It was a pleasant stay, the host felt more like a businessperson, whereas in some countries I’ve visited the host felt more like a neighbor. Overall pleased and the host took care of all of our requests.

We loved our stay at this Vacasa Rental. It was like having our own private beach. The locals were very friendly and we got to know the staff at The Hula Bar on the pier, which had just recently opened. Waking up to the rustling sea and palm trees was magical. We kayaked for free and I even saw a stingray in the water. I could really get used to living like that. Love love loved our stay!

We loved staying here. Beautiful Property, great host. Its a beach area shared with a few other bungalows lots of hammocks and chairs to relax. Friendly dogs and Coco the puppy running around all day! We even booked a fishing trip right off the dock on "Hogzilla" with the local family that shares the property where we spar fished, swam with manatees, nurse sharks, a lemon shark and some stingrays. I would highly recommend this place. If we come back to Belize we will stay here again for sure.

Vincent's place was amazing! Its proximity to the split was very convenient. The private beach in the back was beautiful and secluded. I read on the rooftop every morning. Vincent was extremely responsive, and we absolutely enjoyed our stay in Caye Caulker!

We stayed a quick four nights here and loved the location. We were in caye caulker a year ago and stayed a little further inland. Loved the convenience of being so close to everything, yet still not in a super busy area. The staff was very helpful and responsive with all questions. I clean Airbnb’s back home in SLC and loved walking into a nice clean unit. Usually i am picky :) Our one issue was we didnt have hot water. It never warmed up for us. The staff was quick to fix it, but it never warmed up. It was manageable and we were just so happy to be there that we didnt make it an issue. We will be back! Thank you.

Have stayed with Sue several times, it’s a great place to stay, it’s on the water, great view and breeze and Sue is a great host, communicates well, place is clean and comfortable and you feel very safe and secure. Great pool is added bonus!! Will stay at Sue Casa again!

Amazing stay! Everything is as described and pictured. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. All was well appointed and made for a refreshing vacation! I would book here again and for reference I am a picky traveler. Lol

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was absolutely perfect—cozy and full of that true Caribbean vibe. The location couldn’t have been better: just a short walk from everything, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the busy areas. Abner was a fantastic host, always available and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the sunrise from the terrace—it’s the perfect spot for your morning coffee. Don’t miss it! We highly recommend this place and would love to return. Conveniently located in the heart of San Pedro. We rented a golf cart but it was only needed for the trip to secret beach as we were able to walk to bars, stores and our tours meetup spots. The apartment was super cute and had everything we needed. Communication was great, always received a response within minutes to any questions we had.

This was our third vacation in Belize but first time staying in Caye Caulker. We loved it! The people, the views, the food, the serenity….it’s all unmatched! This unit was perfect. View from the balcony was gorgeous. We even watched the sunrise! Perfectly peaceful! A pool and bar were only steps away. If you’re looking to relax, chill, and unwind this is the place! We’ll be back, very soon!

My family and I had the best time at Bryan’s place. His staff Monique and Freddy were both super responsive to us and beyond helpful. Freddy became a friend! We would suggest this home and place to anyone and would come back in a heart beat! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

These were some of the best days of my life. Lucrecia and J have the place set up so well that I’m already thinking about when I can return. A ten second walk from the front door is Lucrecia’s restaurant, serving delicious, fresh, and local food in an unhurried cozy oceanfront setting. While you’re waiting for your food, you might walk another 5 seconds and be at S’s delightful bar, attached.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset. The layout was perfect for my family. Loved the views and the peacefulness. Would definitely stay here again.

Jonathon’s place was exactly as pictured and described. We were steps from the pools, hit tub, and bar. Some days we didn’t even leave. We transited everywhere via a rented golf cart. A pickup dock for excursions is also close by. Do yourself a favor and book now! It was a great experience.

Great location and the host was very friendly and responded fast, connected us to people on the island so we had someone nearby to contact and to give us a ride from the boat to the room.

Caye Reefe Condos are great for a small family or 2 couples. I went with my daughter and we felt safe, were able to walk around and just steps from the beach!
