Great location! Far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough to walk to town. Right on the water with one of the best beaches. Walk in beach (many beaches have a concrete wall and aren't accessible). The people make this place special. So kind, helpful, and positive vibes all around. The hosts make it east to set up activities. The Beach Bar onsite serves decent food and drinks. The accommodations are modest but the location and people make up for this. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

The airbnb was clean and a walking distance to many restaurants. The hosts were very nice. I would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful place! Ideal location and super helpful staff. The restaurant was very expensive though. Massage on the dock was exceptional as were the staff and the excursions. Swim with manatees!

Loved our stay here! Location was unreal. We were close enough to the excitement of San Pedro but still had peace and quiet. Kitchen and balcony were great and everyone was so helpful! Our kids loved the animals on property and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Selving welcomed us with a drink and a little tour around the place. It was really clean and comfortable. I loved the gardens, the pools and the beach área. The shrimp tacos and the watermelon mojitos at the restaurant are a must! I really enjoyed our time there. Thank you for making my last days in Belize so incredible!

We can’t wait to return! Our vacation at Mangata was amazing! We loved our little “villas” and the moon bar. Rody & Roly were our bartenders and made our days so fun! We enjoyed pizza at the Moon Bar for dinner. Justin & Jennifer were wonderful hosts and helped us with anything we needed. Jennifer helped get massages scheduled and We enjoyed them on the beach at the villas—they were great! Renting golf carts and driving around was so much fun—exploring the island was the best! We really liked the location of the Villas because it was very peaceful and if we wanted to do something else there was lots of Choices near by for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. So many fun bars & the fruit and vegetable stands to the south were mouth watering amazing! I’ve never seen such giant, fresh avocado's. I would re-book this Airbnb in a heartbeat!

Love this place! This was mine and my friend’s second time staying at the Bohemian. The cottage is perfectly designed and offers the peace and serenity for a nice little getaway. It’s also perfectly located as not to be too close to the noise of the island, but within a 10 minute bike ride to the majority of restaurants and island activities. I absolutely recommend the Bohemian!

Great stay. A little nosey due to construction but it was an overall amazing trip

Centrally located, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Only issue was we had was we had a room right next to the bar on the first floor. The weekend was a little awkward having to share your space and the balcony with the staff. The crystal clear, clean pool (and the only one our whole trip out of 4 places) and the roof top common area were top notch and made our stay memorable.

Better than we expected, beautiful accommendations with very thoughtful and friend staff. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and we will certainly be returning in the future with friends and family. Kitchen has everything you need and the daily housekeeping and welcome drink were a lovely touch! Do yourself a favour, and book now!

This is the perfect place to stay at Caye Caulker, has everything you need fo a quiet stay and some safe place to rest! It's so beautiful I can't wait to come back.

I will just keep it short and sweet. I just want to thank Joan. She made us feel so at home and welcomed. We really enjoyed our time! We loved that we could enter thru the patio. Made it so much easier maneuvering thru the sand. Place is in a great location. Close to Downtown but just far enough to get away. Restaurants nearby. The pool was a plus for us! The upkeep on the grounds was amazing. I definitely recommend this place. I will utilize this Air BNB whenever we come to San Pedro! Book Now! Don't Hesitate!

The condo is a beach facing unit in the ground floor featuring a large private patio and the pool conveniently adjacent. The kitchen was well appointed. Salty’s Restaurant and Bar is just across the street. Several grocery stores are just around the corner. Great condo in a central location. The host was very responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay at Mata Rocks! They had even more amenities than listed in their description (bath towels, soaps, shower supplies, beverages, cooking supplies). The room is modern and clean. The balcony had breath taking views and was perfect to sit and watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning, or a relax with a beer in the afternoon. The tiki bar had great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The beach had tiki umbrellas and lounge chairs set up for guests. The hosts were SO friendly and personable. Daily room cleaning by housekeeping. We could not have asked for a better accommodation. Would recommend to anyone and everyone.

The staff at Bella Vista were friendly, hospitable and offered remarkable service. The food at the hotel also was very good. The hotel bar has an incredibly reasonable happy hour. The room was large, well air conditioned, and has every amenity listed. The dock offered wonderful views (I encourage anyone to check out the sun rise from there) and a good location to snorkel. We saw tarpons and stingrays around the dock. The pool was also lovely. I only have positive remarks about our stay here

This was are first trip to Caye Caulker Island and were definetly going back! Staying at Caye Caulker Boutique made the whole trip simply amazing! We were very well taken care of by Gene(host) and Rhonda, the owners!! They were accessible at any time and shared there love for the island, boutique and the culture!! We enjoyed the personal attention they gave us and conversations. The boutique is LUSH and attention to detail flawless!! Our unexpected trip at the last minute, from a referral and help from a friend. Turned out to be an incredibly Fabulous vacation that we truely enjoyed and needed! We also want to thank Dean and Rosa for their kindness and attentiveness to whatever we needed during our stay! Thanks again for everything, we are truely grateful!! Kevin and Dana

The place was beautiful and quiet and in a great location. The restaurants were so good and very easy to get to. The beach and chairs were comfy and so relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Chose this location as we wanted something more relaxed vs the other resorts. There's also no sargassum grass here which was all over the water outside of the bay. While the water isn't that deep for swimming, maybe chest high, they provided paddle boards and kayaks to enjoy. The entire staff was super friendly. The food was fantastic, we had many items off the menu over the week and enjoyed it all, although I was bummed it wasn't lobster season! Unless doing a tour or eating somewhere else you have everything you need right here. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future. Thanks for an enjoyable anniversary get away.

The staff was very nice and helpful, they helped is with booking a tour and renting a golf cart:) we enjoyed our stay there
