Pleasant cottage in the countryside, located 12 km from Châteauroux and 13 km from the village of Georges Sand, 1 hour 10 minutes from the Beauval Zoo, on the way to St Jacques de Compostelle, you will rest in peace and enjoy the SPA heated to 38°, a large wooded park with miniature goats and a small pond with fish and frogs will allow you to rest in the shade of a tree, bicycles will be available for walks as we are 1 km from the forest, barbecue and deckchair provided.

Ideally located less than 10 minutes by car from Châteauroux train station and all amenities (shops, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, park, etc.), accessible via public transport and bike path, close to the A20 highway exit. 1 km from the National Sports Shooting Center. Escape to a corner of the countryside close to the city.

In the heart of the city, come and enjoy your stay in a 38 m² connected house, very well equipped, with easy parking. Enjoy, on the ground floor, a beautiful bedroom area with a 160 bed. Features a workshop-style bathroom with shower and toiletries as well as a cozy sitting area open to a beautiful well-equipped kitchen. A mezzanine with 2 90 beds is also accessible by a pretty original miller ladder. Ideally located, close to everything!

Léon invites you to come and relax in this unique and quiet cabin by a pond in its green setting. Chalet of 19 m2 with 140 cm bed (+ extra bed 1 person or baby bed on request), equipped kitchen area, shower, private toilet outside, heating, air conditioning, fan, shaded terrace, hammock, plancha... Available: free boat, tandem rental, bike rental for rides, baptism in old Peugeot 203 car by reservation. One animal on a leash accepted.

Small Berry house in the heart of the grove

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

Gîte du Marôn

Accommodation with garden in a small quiet hamlet will charm you. Located 10 minutes from Châteauroux and 15 minutes from the A20, this 1900s house is fully restored with taste and will make you feel right at home. For your comfort, we include fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room.
