Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ambronay

We had an unforgettable family stay: everything was perfect, the house is large, well-equipped and tastefully furnished. The games, the boat or walking trips, the pool... we'll come back, it was too short! Thanks to Fred and Pauline for their hospitality and kindness: the best!

Hello Great stay at the Manor between cousins. It is very large, suitable for children of all ages with plenty of games and a huge fenced park. The orangery for family meals is superb. Lots of equipment and large rooms. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. We recommend

Total change of scenery bucolic environment, house totally in its juice year 60 except the modern kitchen and very well equipped the big plus is the huge terrace, the jacuzzi with a magnificent view, the large hammock. Nearby shop on foot, starting point for a walk among other things the springs of the groin. Very family house comfortable bedding, bathroom in their juice too but there are two. House that suited us well for us and our two grown children aged 32 and 26

Edith welcomed us upon our arrival. Rustic and functional accommodation: a bedroom with bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom upstairs, which is very convenient. We came with 2 babies and the accommodation was well equipped (2 umbrella beds with mattresses, a baby bath, a high chair and a changing mat). The village is peaceful and very pretty. We were able to see the milking of goats and buy our small goat cheeses and curds directly from Edit. The pingpong table during our barbecues was a plus :-)

Really comfortable house with lots of facilities. The pool was excellent and very clean. Barbecue and bread oven were good options in the garden. Nice sitting out area with fridge and ice maker .Walkable to two shopping areas with everything needed Including a good Sunday food market in Genas We managed without a car . Trip into the centre of Lyon took an hour via bus,tram and metro. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi. Four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/ showers We were 5 adults and one child , ideal for 4 couples. Dining areas in kitchen , in the living area and also outside so lots of options. It is a family home but plenty of space for visitors belongings. Would highly recommend. Quite area , fields behind the house which give it a country feel despite the handiness of “town “shopping and transport links

Nadine and Fabien are very welcoming, friendly and considerate hosts, always ready to help us. The single-storey accommodation and the shower accessible to the disabled as well as the spacious rooms were very appreciated, especially by my disabled sister. She immediately felt good, and liked our hosts with whom she had a nice exchange. There's nothing missing from this listing. Essential food products, and even more in the kitchen, hygiene products... The unprepared will be reassured. And let's not forget the charming attention with a welcome gift that delighted us. The place is very quiet and the huge outdoor area at our disposal is very pleasant, green, flowery and well maintained. Fabien explained the rammed earth construction method of the house to us. We learned something that I did not know, although I am a native of the area. We'll keep the address safe and won't hesitate to come back.

very quick stay with a self check-in at 2 a.m.! but thanks to Bertrand's instructions, serene arrival! everything was ready when we arrived, which allowed us to fall asleep peacefully and quickly! ideal location of the accommodation!

The accommodation is exceptional because of its decoration and the atmosphere created. We loved it, young and old. Pierre Etienne is concerned about the well-being of his guests and his advice should be followed! We had a great stay in the Sorcier's den and the children are already asking when we can go back! Super apartment with good access to both the main railway station and Lyon town centre. Plenty of supermarkets and boulangers close by. Very clean and roomy.

Patricia’s apartment was stunning,clean and comfortable. Full of her art, beautifully decorated and furnished, we immediately felt right at home and settled in for our long stay. Very conveniently located close to all transport, surrounded by excellent bakeries/patisseries, local street markets and a ten minute walk to the famous Les Halles. Lots of traditional restaurants within easy reach. Though situated on a main street the apartment was quiet, the beds very comfortable. Patricia very generously provided breakfast and treats. Lyon is a great city full of art, history and excellent food as well as wonderful green spaces such as the Tete D’Or park, only a few minutes’ walk from the apartment. This is one of the best airbnb properties we have stayed at. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Lyon. The flat was perfect for a short city break and the host was very friendly and helpful. Very helpful suggestions for things to do and we loved the park and zoo near by. Also visited old town, and the balery and pizza take away across the road. I would fully recommend her lovely place.

Marjorie and Sebastien's Villa is very well equipped; pool, hot tub, cinema room etc and is situated in a very quiet, rural area. They meet you to hand over the keys and to inspect the property on your departure. The villa is their home, they move out to accommodate bookings and whilst this means the house is very well equiped, it can also feel, for the guest. that you are intruding, which is a personal perspective, but I also appreciate that there are many Airbnb users who prefer anonymity.

This home was perfect for a large family to stay and relax after a hectic (but fun) 5 days in Paris. I didn’t think it was possible for the home to match or exceed the beautiful photos posted on the site, but it sure did! The home was spotless, spacious and had a beautiful setting. We enjoyed all the amenities, except the pool, because the weather was a little too cool for us. 😊 Check in and out was straightforward and we felt safe, secure and very private. The boulangier at the end of the road was delicious and we tried just about everything over the course of our stay! The lake was beautiful and my wife and I really enjoyed the main bedroom’s bathtub each evening after a long day of walking and sightseeing. If you are looking for a beautiful home for your family or group to spread out in, then this is the place for you! I promise, you won’t regret it!
