On the Impressionist road, halfway between Paris and the waterfront, there are many opportunities for getaways ( GR, greenway by bike, Lyons forest). Rouen is one hour away and the Normandy coast in continuity. The cottage is self-contained, next to owners' house.

Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

Charming accommodation in the old school of Martagny. A small peaceful village on the edge of the forest near Lyons-la-Forêt. On the second floor of this building, I have preserved the spirit of the house in a modern atmosphere mixing design, industrial, flea market and art. On the ground floor, a wine cellar offers nice little dinners and welcomes you on Friday and Saturday nights.

I have a garage to store bicycles.
