Insieme alla mia famiglia ho appena trascorso un fantastico soggiorno nell'appartamento di Marco e Barbara. Sono stati degli Host eccezionali, molto accoglienti e sempre disponibili a darci consigli sui posti da visitare. L'appartamento ha una vista sul lago che lascia senza fiato, davvero un angolo di paradiso. L Inoltre, la posizione è perfetta per chi vuole visitare la Cascata delle Marmore, che si trova a pochi minuti di distanza. La casa è impeccabile: pulitissima, ben curata e dotata di tutto il necessario per una vacanza rilassante. Lo spazio è perfetto per chi cerca tranquillità, ma anche per chi vuole esplorare i dintorni. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!

Our stay at Casale Zeno was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the rolling hills of Umbria near Orvieto, this stunning property offers breathtaking views that look like they’ve been lifted straight from a postcard. Waking up to the golden light washing over the countryside each morning felt like a dream. The home itself is beautifully appointed, with every modern convenience you could need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. From a well-equipped kitchen to cozy, tastefully decorated living spaces, everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home. But what truly sets Casale Zeno apart is the warmth and hospitality of Tony and Jo. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel like part of the family. Whether you’re lounging by the magnificent pool, exploring the nearby towns, or simply enjoying a quiet evening on the terrace with a glass of wine, Casale Zeno is the perfect Umbrian stay.

What an incredible stay!! 10/10. We traveled all over Tuscany for 2 weeks and this stay ranks right up there at the top. From the communication and ease of getting to the apartment to the beautiful old history of the building and town. Just wow! lovely homely cute apartment. Stefano is great to communicate with. I personally didn't need any further help but could tell Stefano would be more than happy to help with anything. It was a perfect spot while walking the via Francigena with plenty of restaurants to choose from on the doorstep.

Gianluca and Alessandra are wonderful hosts. Their place is so cute and spacious. We liked having the washer/dryer. They are extremely responsive and helpful. They have a variety of options for dining which were delicious. This airb/b is an outstanding choice in Orvieto.

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet und sehr groß. Von der großen Küche geht man auf einen Balkon mit Sonne am Nachmittag und vom Wohnzimmer auf einen kleineren Balkon mit Sonne zum Frühstück. Beide Balkone haben eine Traumsicht auf Todi, auch abends. Im Wohnzimmer stehen ein sehr großer Esstisch mit Stühlen und 2 Sofas. Alles ist top sauber und die Wohnung eignet sich auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ich habe mein Auto auf der kleinen Straße gegenüber geparkt, was optimal war. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist eine Sackgasse und vermeidet somit viel Autolärm. Die Lage ist strategisch sehr günstig, um das wunderschöne Umbrien zu besichtigen. Ich würde gerne wieder kommen und kann die Wohnung wärmstens empfehlen.

This was such a beautiful stay during my 3 weeks in Italy. I was truly taken with the mountains and beauty of the area. The home is very comfortable and peaceful. Luca and Vanna were helpful for me up on check in. I visited Marmore Fall, the lake and nearby villages. The walk down to the falls is downhill, but you can use the bus. Just check Google maps for the schedule and buy a ticket through the SOLGA app or on the bus with cash. I thought the local people were very friendly, despite me knowing no Italian. I didn't want to leave and really hope to come back to visit!

This is a wonderful place with a superfriendly host! Location could not be better, it is right behind the street corner leading to the medieval quarters of Viterbo. Peaceful and cozy apartment with two balconies, not only one 😊 a large supermarket only 400 m from the apartment. Within walking distance to bus stops and train station. The apartment is perfect to a couple, small but very functional. Easy to cook food, easy to relax and just enjoy your stay in Viterbo.

L'alloggio è delizioso, molto suggestivo e confortevole, con pareti in pietra e un mix di dettagli antichi e moderni. La posizione è ottima, dà su una strada silenziosa , appena si apre la porta dell'appartamento lo scorcio sulla piazza del borghetto è incantevole, a pochi passi si può trovare un bar e un alimentari. Valerio ci ha dato le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e ha risposto solerte. Unico piccolo neo, la casa si fredda molto inverno e bisogna tenere il condizionatore ad alta temperatura più o meno fisso. Nel complesso esperienza molto gradevole e appagante, torneremo sicuramente!

Ottima esperienza! La terrazza offre una meraviglia vista su Assisi. L’appartamento è in una delle vie centrali, facile da raggiungere.

Eine charmante Unterkunft in großartiger Lage. Nahe zum Zentrum und dennoch ruhig. Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war super. Unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und sehr nett.

Unfortunately my stay was shorter than originally planned. Marco was very accommodating with my arrival and helpful. The apartment was great and I had a great night’s sleep! I would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!

Das Vermieter Ehepaar hat uns herzlich empfangen. Wir durften die Waschmaschine nutzen und selbst gemachtes Olivenöl testen. Wir konnten auch eine Flasche des eigenen Weißweins erwerben und zum Abendessen genießen. Vor Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und auch kein Restaurant. Die Wohnung einschließlich Küche ist aber sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und extrem sauber. Auch der Aussenbereich darf genutzt werden und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick über die Weinberge und das Tal.

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Abbiamo passato un eccellente soggiorno con nostro figlio e i miei genitori nell'appartamento di Valentina. L'accoglienza è impeccabile, Valentina è molto gentile e attenta a dare tutte le informazioni utili per rendere la tua vacanza il più piacevole possibile.L'appartamento pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario per cucinare.Dispone di un grande giardino con piscina comune.. Indomma un posto paradisiaco! Speriamo tornare presto!Raccomandabile al 100%

Un’oasi di pace e ospitalità: il Capolinea è un angolo di paradiso – anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe 🐾 ! Siamo stati accolti con calore da Monica, con la sua energia travolgente, e Renato, con il suo aplomb irresistibile. Due persone gentili, attente e autentiche, che sanno farti sentire subito a casa. Le nostre due Weimaraner si sono sentite subito a loro agio, accolte con affetto e libertà. Il Capolinea è immerso nel verde, perfetto per rallentare e riscoprire il piacere delle piccole cose. La piscina invita al relax, magari con un aperitivo al tramonto. A pochi minuti, una collina regala una vista spettacolare sul lago, da togliere il fiato. Ogni dettaglio è curato con amore, creando un’atmosfera calda e rigenerante. Stare al Capolinea è respirare l’energia di un sogno diventato realtà: Monica e Renato hanno creato un luogo autentico, dove godere della natura, del buon cibo e delle connessioni umane vere. Torneremo presto. Ci mancherete tantissimo 😘!

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Passamos dias muito relaxantes e desfrutamos de algumas caminhadas pelos arredores, que é muito bonito. Aqui escutamos alto o canto de diversos pássaros e encontramos o chão forrado de pequenas flores, presentes trazidos pela primavera. A casa é muito aconchegante, ficamos em 4 pessoas confortavelmente instalados! Foi muito agradável acender a lareira em uma tarde um pouco chuvosa e fresca. Atenção para safety deposit, pedido em espécie no dia do check in. Eu não havia encontrado a informação no anúncio do Airbnb e me interei lendo com atenção o e mail de instruções na véspera do check in, como estávamos no fim da viagem nos sairia oneroso sacar a quantia em Euro e depois converte la novamente para nossa moeda, Valentina foi muito gentil e compreensiva, rapidamente nos propôs uma solução.

Oikein viihtyisä huoneisto kahdelle henkilölle. Maisema huoneiston ikkunasta ja terassilta on uskomattoman kaunis. Pihalla on myös suuri uima-allas, mutta harmiksemme olimme majoittumassa huhtikuun lopulla, niin allas ehti olla auki anoastaan yhden vuorokauden oleskelumme aikana (aukeaa vasta toukokuussa). Jos olet innokas ruuanlaittaja, niin on hyvä huomoida, että keittiössä on ruuanlaittoväleineitä aika rajoitetusti. Rita on kuitenkin erittäin auttavainen ja saimme paistinpannun käyttöömme heti kun sitä kysäisimme. Pihalla on myös viihtyisä grilliausalue yhteiskäytössä muiden majoittujien kanssa. Toivottavasti meillä on joskus mahdollisuus mennä uudestaan, jotta pääsisimme nauttimaan enemmän myös allasalueesta.

Posto incantevole, immerso nella natura, appartamento con tutti i confort, tutto molto curato anche nei particolari. Ma il punto di forza è Anna che ci ha coccolato con le sue attenzioni e prelibatezze.Un ospitalità "vecchia maniera" che ha reso il nostro soggiorno,se pur breve, indimenticabile!!!

Absolutely recommend the stay here! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and the hosts hospitality is incredible! Still can’t believe we got this incredible experience for a very reasonable price. The location is perfect for exploring Val D’orcia and at the same time very peaceful and secluded. Will return for sure! 🫶🏼
