Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Following the recent activation of the limited traffic zone (ZTL), our garage cannot be reached during closing hours. A period residence in the heart of the historic center of Assisi, convenient for getting around on foot with free on-site parking. The house includes a large dining room with a view of the Basilica of Santa Chiara, a kitchen, and two bedrooms with two private bathrooms equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Equipped with Wi-Fi, television, and heating.

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

Leaving the car in the free parking lot, you will have to walk 200 meters to reach this house in the heart of a forest and set in a large rock. All around you can take pleasant walks to the Rio Grande dam. Very suitable for a relaxing weekend in close contact with nature. Suitable for couples (even with pets) who are looking for relaxation, away from the chaos of the cities and who want to escape the responsibilities and stress of life for a while.
