Everything is very good, close to the square, quiet and comfortable, the space is clean, a small space suitable for two people, the host is very enthusiastic, will come again next time.

Together with my family, I just had a fantastic stay in Marco and Barbara's apartment. They were exceptional hosts, very welcoming and always available to give us advice on places to visit. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the lake, truly a corner of paradise. Moreover, the location is perfect for those who want to visit the Marmore Waterfall, which is just a few minutes away. The house is impeccable: very clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The space is perfect for those seeking tranquility, but also for those who want to explore the surroundings. I highly recommend this apartment!

Our stay at Casale Zeno was nothing short of magical. Nestled in the rolling hills of Umbria near Orvieto, this stunning property offers breathtaking views that look like they’ve been lifted straight from a postcard. Waking up to the golden light washing over the countryside each morning felt like a dream. The home itself is beautifully appointed, with every modern convenience you could need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. From a well-equipped kitchen to cozy, tastefully decorated living spaces, everything was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel right at home. But what truly sets Casale Zeno apart is the warmth and hospitality of Tony and Jo. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel like part of the family. Whether you’re lounging by the magnificent pool, exploring the nearby towns, or simply enjoying a quiet evening on the terrace with a glass of wine, Casale Zeno is the perfect Umbrian stay.

What an incredible stay!! 10/10. We traveled all over Tuscany for 2 weeks and this stay ranks right up there at the top. From the communication and ease of getting to the apartment to the beautiful old history of the building and town. Just wow! lovely homely cute apartment. Stefano is great to communicate with. I personally didn't need any further help but could tell Stefano would be more than happy to help with anything. It was a perfect spot while walking the via Francigena with plenty of restaurants to choose from on the doorstep.

Gianluca and Alessandra are wonderful hosts. Their place is so cute and spacious. We liked having the washer/dryer. They are extremely responsive and helpful. They have a variety of options for dining which were delicious. This airb/b is an outstanding choice in Orvieto.

The apartment is spacious, beautifully furnished, comfortable and well-equipped, with stunning views of Todi and the surrounding countryside from the two balconies. Tatiana is a good and responsive host who personally welcomes guests to the property.

This was such a beautiful stay during my 3 weeks in Italy. I was truly taken with the mountains and beauty of the area. The home is very comfortable and peaceful. Luca and Vanna were helpful for me up on check in. I visited Marmore Fall, the lake and nearby villages. The walk down to the falls is downhill, but you can use the bus. Just check Google maps for the schedule and buy a ticket through the SOLGA app or on the bus with cash. I thought the local people were very friendly, despite me knowing no Italian. I didn't want to leave and really hope to come back to visit!

The accommodation is delightful, very charming and comfortable, with stone walls and a mix of old and modern details. The location is great, it overlooks a quiet street, as soon as you open the door of the apartment the view of the square of the village is enchanting, within walking distance you can find a bar and a grocery store. Valerio gave us the information we needed and responded promptly. The only small flaw, the house is very cold in winter and you have to keep the air conditioner at a high temperature more or less fixed. Overall very pleasant and satisfying experience, we will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful place with a superfriendly host! Location could not be better, it is right behind the street corner leading to the medieval quarters of Viterbo. Peaceful and cozy apartment with two balconies, not only one 😊 a large supermarket only 400 m from the apartment. Within walking distance to bus stops and train station. The apartment is perfect to a couple, small but very functional. Easy to cook food, easy to relax and just enjoy your stay in Viterbo.

Monica and Renato are fabulous, friendly hosts. The apartment we rented was spotless. Bed was very comfortable so we had a great nights sleep. You are adjacent to other apartments but there is no noise at all from your neighbours, nor were we overlooked. The views from the small terrace were stunning, over the colourful garden to the vineyards and Tuscan landscape beyond. Bliss. The swimming pool is available for all to use. Our hosts left a lovely bottle of Prosecco as a welcome as well as coffee, oil, vinegar, breads, jams etc Thank you Next time we will stay longer!

Unfortunately my stay was shorter than originally planned. Marco was very accommodating with my arrival and helpful. The apartment was great and I had a great night’s sleep! I would definitely come back in a heartbeat!

The home of Giulia is must to stay! The place is very clean, neat and have all the important things needed. Our 2 kids like the place too. Most importantly, Giulia is a GREAT host who took care and always checking on what we need. Grazie!

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

We had an excellent stay with our son and my parents in Valentina's apartment. The welcome is impeccable, Valentina is very kind and attentive to give all the useful information to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The apartment is very clean and with everything you need to cook. It has a large garden with a common pool. Indomma a paradisiacal place! We hope to be back soon! 100% recommended

Lovely place, we stayed for 2 days and took advantage of the location to visit Viterbo and nearby Orvieto. The apartment is spacious, warm and very comfortable. (we also used the fireplace). We'll definitely be back in the spring.

If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful location within driving distance to cities small and large, this is it! Beyond a doubt the best place we’ve stayed in for all of our trips to Italy.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Place is huge for a family of 6. We enjoyed our stay. The host went out his way to help us find the place. Overall, it was a nice stay in your place.

Lovely place, surrounded by nature, apartment with all comforts, everything very well cared for even in the details. But the strong point is Anna who pampered us with her attentions and delicacies. An "old-fashioned" hospitality that made our stay, albeit short, unforgettable!!!

Absolutely recommend the stay here! The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos and the hosts hospitality is incredible! Still can’t believe we got this incredible experience for a very reasonable price. The location is perfect for exploring Val D’orcia and at the same time very peaceful and secluded. Will return for sure! 🫶🏼
