Een vrijstaand huis met 2 slaapkamers (4-6 pers.) een (omheinde)tuin van 600 m2 met hottub, op vakantiepark t Broeckhuys aan een meer in het recreatiegebied de Groene Heuvels te Ewijk. Het huis heeft een Indonesische sfeer en is kindvriendelijk. Houdt u van ruimte, rust, natuur en cultuur ( wellness) dan zit u hier goed. Parkeerplaats bij het huis. Alles is voor u geregeld: opgemaakte bedden, keuken- en badlinnen, specerijen en toiletartikelen. U hoeft alleen maar uw koffer uit te pakken !

Waterfront vacation home with wellness.

6-person vacation home right on the beach at park 't Broeckhuys. 2 large terraces with lounge set and sunbeds make your stay wonderfully comfortable. From the terrace, you can run straight into the water. A delicious BBQ and hot tub + sauna are waiting for you. The recently renovated house, with 3 bedrooms, has a new bathroom and toilet. There is a young kitchen with dishwasher and combi oven. You can park your car at the house, and your bikes can be stored in the storage room of the house.

Cozy cottage, if you are looking for peace and space, then you are in the right place! The detached cottage has a terrace with a large garden with a trampoline and a covered seating area. A few minutes' walk away is a lake where you can walk, fish and swim. Bikes can also come along! There are plenty of bicycle routes and hiking trails nearby. Zoo and war museum 10 minutes by car. Nijmegen and Venlo are nice cities for shopping, or visit the old fortified town of Grave.

The vacation home is located in Asselt, directly on the Asseltse lakes and close to Roermond (4 km). The house has a cozy living room, spacious dining room and kitchen with combination microwave. Upstairs, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 single beds) a bathroom with bathtub, double sink and separate shower. The garden faces east and has a beautiful sunrise over the meadows, the water and the beautiful nature.

You will be staying in a former forge from + -1870 in a beautiful, historical and very quiet area. This "Smidse" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious home. Extremely suitable as a base for various natural or sporting excursions, or as your "home away from home" when you temporarily need a 2nd home. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited presbytery. Wonderfully quiet!
