Our stay in Culemborg was wonderful! Evelien and her family gave us such a warm welcome and took the time to show us around the house and garden. I was there with my family, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The house was spacious and full of light, and our 4-year-old daughter had the time of her life – she didn’t even know what to play with first! We spent a lot of time in the sunroom and by the pond watching the newts. It was a beautiful experience in a lovely home – we’d love to come back!

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful accommodation where everything was taken care of to the last detail. For a larger group, a nice comfortable house with plenty of space and private sanitary facilities per room. The beds were already made on arrival and the house was brought into the Christmas spirit. A special word of thanks for the great cleaning crew, which we had to ask a little more about due to circumstances. A cozy place to return to!

Business stay to Düsseldorf area

Excellent and beautiful house for a family group. Space enough for all, despite the 3 levels and inside stairs. Even with small kids, all was great and comfortable. We really enjoy to stay in and the garden area it is fantastic. Kids burn a lot of calories running all over around. We highly recommend to stay here. We have completely relaxed in this beautiful house and more than 10 seats in the gardens around it. After a good night's sleep in a super dark bedroom, feed the chickens and collect the eggs. A round of the house and today we are having brunch on the terrace. The sun is shining and we are sunbathing on the sunbeds, alternating with a dip in the pool. We attach the pizza oven and eat the homemade pizza at the long picnic table under the fruit trees. The day ends with eight o'clock on the sofa, looking at the fireplace and a good cup of freshly ground coffee, brewed exactly at the right strength. Need I say more? Thank you Helena and Martin! Ten out of ten.

We had a great stay at Villa Lambertus and Barbara was a wonderful host. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here for 9 nights with three generations - parents, grandparents and two children (1.5 and 5). The house house is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners even kindly provided a cot and highchair. Our 5 year old daughter loved her room, which was decorated as a lovely girl's bedroom. The contained and shaded garden was great for the children to play in in the summer heat, especially the inbuilt trampoline. The layout of the house also meant that the 1.5 year old could stay in a separate wing and didn't wake everyone in the family up at 6 am. Just be mindful of the fairly steep stairs to the top floor (bedrooms 5 and 6). The location is great for visiting Efteling and it's a nice stroll into Vjijmen, which has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short car ride away are nice towns like the fortified Heusden, and a fabulous bathing lake with a sandy beach and other facilities is within walking distance. Nice quiet and leafy neighbourhood with interesting houses. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and provided a useful welcome booklet (as well as some delicious local treats). We will look back fondly on our stay!

Beautiful location with great amenities for our family of 4. Good location within Orischot, playgrounds for the kids, good kitchen for cooking, and plenty of beds. Highly recommended.

Pascal is super friendly and his villa is beautiful. Unfortunately, I only booked the villa for 1 day, I didn't want to leave. The highlight was definitely the garden with the pool, and of course the terrace. Thank you Pascal.

We rented a tent over Easter and had a nice time overall. The surrounding area is ideal for children – lots of nature, space to play and a really family atmosphere. Especially the barbecue in the evening was a lot of fun and contributed to the relaxed atmosphere. A few small things could be improved: the shower was in need of repair and the internet connection was unfortunately not reliable. Also, it got quite cold at night – so you should prepare well if you stay there this time of year. Still a great spot for families who want to enjoy a bit of nature and camping together

Everything was nice. But the beds can be of higher quality, they are not comfortable and make noise.

Nice and uncomplicated contact. Quick response to questions. No towels means that you also do not find towels in the toilet, we were not so aware of that and it happened for the first time after four trips to Holland. Not that anyone makes the same mistake as we do :). No soap was already something more surprising but a supermarket is nearby and you can quickly buy the missing things. Otherwise, clean apartment, nice sauna and garden. Beds a little flat and soft but on the whole the location is recommended. There is a lot to experience in the area, especially for children.
