Monthly Rentals in American River

Possum Ridge was a really private and peaceful retreat for our stay on Kangaroo Island. The bush surroundings were beautiful and the house very suited to our extended-family stay. We really appreciated all the facilities like TVs, BBQ, fully functioning kitchen, washing facility and many household amd pantry items available, such as kitchen items, condiments, washing and bathing needs. Plus upstairs and downstairs sitting areas which suited our multi-generation group. It was a pleasure to stay... many thanks.

Beautiful tiny home in a great location for exploring kangaroo island

An amazingly serene location. A large, comfortable, open-plan living arrangement with a huge deck overlooking the water. Super well-equipped house right down to a thermos, esky, umbrella and picnic chairs. Very easy communication with Tracey. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your beautiful property

We had a lovely stay at Tom's place. It was well equipped and easy to navigate. The beds were extremely comfy! There is also a dedicated area where we could clean our fish caught from the surroundings! Tom's place is a place we'd would definitely return for our next KI trip.
