Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including linens and towels since ). I specify that the living room fireplace is not functional.

My accommodation is close to the beach and activities suitable for families. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Large enclosed garden. Linens and towels are provided. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and is available from April to September if the weather permits.
