Welcome to Amherst County! Our home is a contemporary that sits on over 100 acres. Beautiful mountain views, large fields for hiking and creeks to explore! Secluded yet convenient. We are situated about 2 miles from the Town of Amherst, 10 min. to Sweet Briar College, 21 min. to Liberty University, 25 min. to University of Lynchburg. Convenient to Lynchburg, Lexington, & Wintergreen. There are wineries and breweries nearby. Close to the Blue Ridge Mountains & Parkway, Panther & Crabtree Falls.

Guest House in the Valley

Our guest house is only a few minutes away from Historic Lexington. The house has one master bedroom with a king size bed. We have a fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer, and full bathroom. We are also close to the Appalachian Trail, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the Virginia Military Institute, Washington and Lee University, and the Virginia Horse Center. The house provides great views and a place to relax either on the back porch, the front deck, or a walk through the surrounding area.

Relax in the river or hot tub at this cozy 180 sq ft. cabin on 7 acres. Build a fire by the river or grill on your private patio. The charmingly decorated area includes a small kitchen sink with a mini fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffeemaker as well as a small sitting area with TV in addition to the bedroom & bathroom. The patio has an umbrella, lounge chairs and bar stools for al fresco dining as well as a grill. Bring your pet for scenic walks through the fields.

Our 1800-square ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, boasts accommodations for up to 8 lucky guests. Walk the property & enjoy our animals, trails & mountains. Our private and secluded camp provides with spectacular mountain views and a NEW OUTDOOR Shower!! with pressurized ambient water temperature, spacious deck, covered porch, double bed, hammock, yard to play croquet/corn hole, private port-a-potty, charcoal grill, and a solo stove firewood pit.
