Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Possibilité de télétravail (Wifi par fibre optique) Grande terrasse donnant sur l'Yonne, idéale pour prendre les repas dehors. On y accède par un escalier extérieur.

Vous profitez d’un grand jardin privé avec barbecue, ping-pong, vélos, granges aménagées et cuisine extérieure. Un vaste espace de vie de 110 m² avec grande cuisine ouverte. À l’étage : 4 chambres avec lits doubles, 3 salles de bains et une grande salle de jeux sous les combles avec 5 lits simples, idéale pour les enfants ou les groupes.

Charming cottage, at the foot of the forest

In the charming village of Le Vaudoué–with the forest of Trois Pignons and its famous bouldering areas on one side, and rolling horse paddocks and lavender fields on the other–this little house is a cozy hideout for solo travelers or couples, with extra room for one or two little ones (or very close friends). It was completely renovated in 2021, and then refreshed in 2025, preserving the old stonework walls and high ceilings while adding the modern conveniences. Crashpads are included!
