The cottage in a "nature" style is located between Colmar, the villages of the wine route and your walks in the Vosges. The 45 m2 cottage, with independent entrance, is located in the lower part of the cottage that I have the pleasure of living in myself. It is equipped with a 140 x 190 bed, a wardrobe, a living area with sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and a kitchen with equipped dining area. The large sunny and covered terrace opens directly onto a forest path.

There's also a terrace with forest views. Guests can enjoy the heated and covered swimming pool free of charge 7 days a week. Nearby many sites to visit for young and old.

Typical Alsatian house, very quiet, completely renovated (surface 75m2). Ideally located to visit Alsace : the Wine Route (Kaysersberg village preferred by the French in 2017 is 3 km, Colmar is 5 km away), vosgian walks with its many lakes, Christmas markets, skiing (white lake resort at 25 minutes, schnepf at 40 minutes), golf (18 holes at 5 minutes)... The property has a double bed, two single beds and a fifth bunk bed.

The studio consists of a kitchen, bathroom with hydromassage shower, sitting area, dining room and a 160×200 bed. The studio has a balcony with exceptional views of the plain where you can enjoy the calm and beautiful weather. There's also an infrared sauna. A private parking space is located at the entrance of the residence.

Our house is an old Alsatian house, from 1786, on three levels served by stairs. On the first floor, there is the living room, dining room, table with 5 chairs, bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet, office and kitchen, equipped. Upstairs, a large master bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with double bed, a children's bedroom with a double bed, and a toilet area, with sink and toilet.
