We would recommend this listing. Very cute and easily accessible. We rented to have access to the 24h of Le Mans. Great!

Small functional apartment ideally located close to amenities and the train station, it is rather easy to find a parking space in the street, everything was perfect for our short weekend stay and the hosts are welcoming and responsive.

On a scale of 1 to 100 on charm, the location was a 100. Place was as described. Hosts were available and easy to work with.

Very clean, hosts were extremely responsive and clear with instructions on how to access property. Local area felt a little deprived but I had no issues as was just using the apartment as a night stopover en route back to UK from Occitane area of France. I would happily stay there again if travelling a similar route.

Christine is a great host and always make sure that we felt at home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at her place and it is still clean and artistic as before. My wife dropped her necklace after checking out and Christine is able to find it and make sure we receive it with the appropriate arrangement.

Passing through for professional reasons, this accommodation was perfect for the night. Sophie is very responsive and very clear in the information given! There is no room for chance, everything is anticipated. The accommodation is very clean, very well organized and tidy. The bedding is of very good quality! The equipment mentioned is present. Small, warm touches arranged on the bed when I arrived! I'd recommend it without a second thought. Thanks Sophie!

This was a very cute place to stay in an old house in the middle of the Plantagenet City. Laurent was easy to contact, flexible about booking, and greeted us and showed us around and then left us alone. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities, and it was an easy walk to everything. .

The location of the house - being close to so many amazing restaurants and markets, and its seclusion - being nestled among empty hillsides, makes it truly unique and special. What can I say about this PERFECT house; perfect location, perfect layout, perfect cleanliness, perfect host. In short, you will have understood, if you have a stay to spend near Le Mans, do not hesitate, this is the house to rent.

A very clean property in a remote setting. The stairs are a little steep and a bit tricky at night as the only toilet is downstairs. Overall we had a good stay

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!
