Come and relax in this charming village house on 2 floors close to the mountains, 30 km from the thermal baths and 45 minutes from the casa. Located 500 meters from a nautical base. Restaurant bar ,bakery in the heart of the village. Free parking 30 meters from the house. 2 bedrooms including one with a new 140 clack with a very comfortable mattress. 13 km from foix with bypass access 500 meters from the house. Come from being renovated,no shoes upstairs. Small courtyard facing south.l

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.
