An old 16th-century manor house located in the municipality of Limpias, Cantabria. Limpias is a historic town that formerly served as a port for ships from America. The house is located in the Collado neighborhood, between Limpias and Ampuero. Both towns have supermarkets, restaurants, leisure areas, pharmacies, public centers, etc. It is also located a few kilometers from the beach (9km) and the Asón Valley, with its unique and natural landscapes.
