Had a great stay at Francesca's place in Amsterdam. We felt at home right away and the neighbourhood had everything we needed - grocery store, coffee, shops, tram to Central Amsterdam or the train station to get to other cities. The apartment is just what the listing shows - large, bright and comfortable. We felt like locals from the moment we arrived until we got on the tram to head to the airport.

What a wonderful spot in such a peaceful area. The flat was everything we needed and more. The personal touches we so nice and made us feel at home.

We’d 100% go back to that same Airbnb next time we go to Amsterdam. Walking distance from our fav soeciality coffee and brunch places, super cute street, easy access (Amsterdam usually has a lot of stairs and this felt like a massive suite that you directly walked into without any steps).

Ruben & Paul were outstanding hosts, the whole family felt very welcome from early bag dropoff and meeting, right through letting us leave our bags before the afternoon train. The house is beautiful, and a historic building, freshly updated and very comfortable. The bed, linens, air conditioning and other provided amenities were in top shape. We will definitely stay with them when we come back…HIGHLY recommended!!! Thank you!

Fantastic apartment, really clean and comfortable in a great neighbourhood: peaceful but walking distance to everything you could need. Loes and Fokke are wonderful hosts, warm and helpful- we had a brilliant few days exploring the city from the perfect base.

A great place for a couple to stay in Amsterdam, great restaurants, lots of sights in walking distance and very close to the railway station. This made access from the airport on public transport very easy. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean. The downstairs bedroom is very comfortable with an excellent en suite shower room and free from noise as it is below ground level. As advertised, it is accessed down a steep spiral staircase which was fine, but would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen has a fridge, and an espresso coffee machine which allowed us to make a simple continental breakfast. There are no facilities to cook food, but there are many excellent restaurants within yards, of the front door so treat yourself!! For those who like a Dutch dining experience, we would recommend Van Speyk which is next door ( where we went twice). Food, service and ambiance excellent both times. I had a lovely stay, and Angela was kind enough to help me settle in late in the evening after my flight got delayed! Beautiful apartment just as described, and feels extra spacious with natural light pouring in from both sides. I love the neighborhood its in as well and wish to explore it a bit more if I ever pass through again.

Arjen has quite the incredible apartment near the train station. Nice sized Duplex with outdoor deck off the bedrooms. It couldn't have been more comfortable, with great light, herbs and berries growing on the deck that he encouraged you to consume. It's convenient to almost everything. As others have said the stairs, at first seem daunting, but once you get used to it, it stops being a problem. Arjen was there too meet us when we arrived. He generously carried our bags up the stairs, acclimated us to the space and then took us on a tour of the neighborhood. He was there when we left to go to the airport at 6:30 am to carry our bags back down the steps. He's very charming and articulate. He was never intrusive but always responsive. He loves his city and is willing to share locals only things to do. Next time I come to Amsterdam I'll look to to stay here first.

Just spent a few days in Amsterdam with my partner to celebrate his 40th birthday with 2 of our friends. Floris is an amazing host - very friendly, informative, great recommendations and advice and replies so speedy quick and always very polite responses. Floris' apartment is absolutely beautiful, in such a peaceful area. It was perfect for 2 couples as a base for exploring the city and had so many touches of personality which was lovely to see. The weather was very rainy during our visit (we're scottish so that doesn't bother us haha!) but Floris gave us a heads up before arriving and had a variety of umbrellas to borrow for the day. We have already recommended to friends for future trips. Thank you Floris, you're a 5 star host and a lovely human being to go along with it! ⭐️

Lovely apartment set on a farm, with countryside around. Great access to city centers from near by train station. Hosts incredibly responsive and very welcoming, providing stair gates, cots and high chairs. Family friendly place, with two friendly dogs. Would recommend staying here.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

The apartment is in a great location. It has a great view of a canal and this is its strongest point! It is also very close to the tram and Aurore is always willing to answer your questions. I am leaving the guest star of the house, Zola. Without her the house would be another ordinary airbnb.. Highly recommended!!

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

Stayed here for 3 days, and had the best time ever! A beautiful apartment which caters for everything you need. Sina is a great host who knows exactly what he's doing! The Shower, Jacuzzi and Sauna are amazing by the way!
