Apartment holiday rentals in Netherlands

A wonderful stay within walking distance of the center. The space is really an oasis of peace, modern and luxuriously furnished, in a nice place in Alkmaar. The patio is also a nice outdoor space. We were there on a weekend with 30 degrees, but the space remained cool due to the shady location (there is no air conditioning as described, but also not necessary). Highly recommended!

Loek's apartment is on the third and fourth floor of a corner row house - giving tons of natural light and views from two sides of the place. It's uniquely decorated, which gives the apartment a much more interesting feel than most bland apartments. There's construction on the road outside (June 2025) so the canal views aren't as picturesque as I'm sure they normally are. However, there's a steady flow of people going by and we enjoyed watching the city move right below us. Check-in was easy, and he was extra accommodating when members of my family weren't feeling well upon arrival. The location worked well for walking to a number of places in the city and even with lots of stairs to get up to the apartment, it was a great home base to return to after exploring parts of Amsterdam. Overall - a great stay in a memorable apartment.

We were with 4 people and 2 toddlers, we really liked it, we felt very comfortable. Everything was great What really bothered me was the smell of cleaning agent, it was really unbearable. Cozy room and beautiful view!

I thought the whole accommodation was perfect for what we required. Stunning views of the surrounding areas too and close enough to the centre it made getting around really easy. Plus the staff at the front desk were extremely helpful too!

The apartment, the location, the design and layout. The host & hostess. It’s all flawless. If I have to comment, I always say: check the gorgeous plant has water! We are all responsible for the greenery.

Lovely little accommodation- very small, but perfect for a weekend stay. The location is further out of Amsterdam centre than I expected, but transport links are very good! Very quiet location and beautiful surroundings. We had an issue with getting into the accommodation as the keypad would not work, but Sandra quickly arrived and sorted out the issue.

The location was perfect for us and accommodations clean, quiet and private. Beautiful town! Hope to return someday!

This place is enchanting! We thoroughly enjoyed the days in the beautifully furnished attic and the animals in the garden. Our daughter (almost 2 years old) loved playing in the garden and petting the animals. We felt like we were in Bullerbü! Mirjam was always there to help us, prepared a fresh, super delicious breakfast for us every day and lent us bicycles. :-) Very big recommendation!!

Absolutely loved our stay in Amsterdam! The location couldn’t have been better — we walked everywhere and only needed a taxi to/from the airport. The communication and hosts were fantastic — super responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. The recommendations were spot on and made the whole trip even more memorable. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We’ll 100% be back — highly recommend!

The Airbnb was truly unique. We stayed at one of the beautiful, historic, dancing houses of Amsterdam. The place was clean and central to many places on our itinerary. Bathroom was quite spacious. Check-in was also a breeze. Would highly recommend!

Great location close to the canals and public transits. Plenty of local spots to have Great meals and enjoy the sights and sounds of Amsterdam. Only downside of the apartment is if accessible is a concern, the stairs are quite steep.

I arrived very satisfied and left the accommodation with a happy feeling. It is a perfect place to rest, especially for people like me who are constantly in work mode. The quiet location and the possibility to cool off in the pool in warm weather are simply great. Maarten always reacted immediately when something was wrong - always friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Repeatable. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. The stop is a 2-minute walk. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

We stayed in the apartment for a weekend and felt very comfortable. With the bikes you could easily reach the nearby metro station and we had a good time in Amsterdam. The landlords were very friendly and always easy to reach. I highly recommend this place for Amsterdam stays.

We had 5 fantastic days in this great little house with its own little garden. The absolute highlight in the garden was of course the whirlpool in which we could always relax in a quiet atmosphere after our day trips through Zeeland. We were really lucky and were blessed with great weather. The house is very stylish with attention to detail and perfectly equipped for a few days, everything you need is available. We were warmly welcomed and received a quick answer to any questions. Even though the landlords live directly on the property, we did not feel observed. For us, it was an absolute oasis of well-being that we would definitely book again.

A beautiful, modern accommodation that is beautifully furnished and had everything and more to offer than we wanted for a relaxing weekend.
