Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Amsterdam-Centrum

Suzanne and Diana's place is the perfect place to stay in Amsterdam. Check in was easy and there was a bottle of wine and beer waiting for us. The location is absolutely perfect, everything is walkable but it's not in the crowded or noisy part of downtown. The Anne Frank house is just several doors down. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful. It rained every day we were there and she let us borrow her umbrellas. In the afternoon, the sun shines brightly into the living room as you overlook the canals. It's incredibly beautiful and I enjoyed every afternoon people watching and reading in the warm sun. This is by far the best place to stay in Amsterdam!

Very amazing accommodation if you wanna have the Amsterdam experience. Both Karin and her husband communicated well and were very nice people. They were also available if you needed help, lived nextdoor. Gave us recommendations on what to visit and how to get there. The public transport was nearby too. Very nice place near the Olympic stadium. Definitely recommend.

Robbert’s place was great. Right in the middle of everything, but still private and quiet. Would definitely stay there again!!

Beautiful views of the canal facing the west, which made for some great sunsets!! We loved relaxing on the couch with the windows open enjoying the breeze after a long day walking around Amsterdam. Great location, very walkable and easily accessed by the tram from the central station. Veronika is a gracious host and communicated very promptly. The traditional Dutch stairs are steep and I was happy she had given a heads up as I packed in a backpack instead of my usual rolling bag.

Leandro was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. His apartment is cozy, clean, and located in a great area — perfect for spending a few days in Amsterdam. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

I had a lovely stay, and Angela was kind enough to help me settle in late in the evening after my flight got delayed! Beautiful apartment just as described, and feels extra spacious with natural light pouring in from both sides. I love the neighborhood its in as well and wish to explore it a bit more if I ever pass through again.

Arjen has quite the incredible apartment near the train station. Nice sized Duplex with outdoor deck off the bedrooms. It couldn't have been more comfortable, with great light, herbs and berries growing on the deck that he encouraged you to consume. It's convenient to almost everything. As others have said the stairs, at first seem daunting, but once you get used to it, it stops being a problem. Arjen was there too meet us when we arrived. He generously carried our bags up the stairs, acclimated us to the space and then took us on a tour of the neighborhood. He was there when we left to go to the airport at 6:30 am to carry our bags back down the steps. He's very charming and articulate. He was never intrusive but always responsive. He loves his city and is willing to share locals only things to do. Next time I come to Amsterdam I'll look to to stay here first.

We stayed a few nights with our 2 small kids, mainly to visit Amsterdam, and had a wonderful time. The house was great for us, very clean, enough space for everyone, very nice neighbourhood and restaurants and shops were close by bike or walking. We took the car to the nearest train station (Bussum Zuid) with free parking but without kids and less rain, walking would also have been easily possible. Jaap was very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. We would happily come again!

We loved our stay at Mabel’s cottage while we visited the Netherlands to celebrate my bachelorette! The house has a good mix of seclusion and convenience: there aren’t many neighbors nearby, which offers a good amount of privacy. It is also conveniently located right across the street from the train station - which is two stops (~15 minutes) to Amsterdam Central Station. If you wish to visit a different city other than Amsterdam on your stay, Haarlem was ~20 minutes and is another very cute and quaint city. The home was decorated beautifully and was maintained very well. Nonetheless, Mabel made us all feel right at home and was quick to respond whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here - thank you again Mabel for hosting us!!

Very warm welcome from Ruud and Peter, immediate help with lifting. The house was completely as expected, and a little better. A comfortable bed, wonderfully fresh-smelling bedding and towels. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet location. Definitely worth your money .. and I'd love to come back. Thank you !!

We had great days at Richard's house! The location is excellent, nice and quiet and with the lake of course great for refreshing. We rented the boat and also spent a nice time on the water and the larger lake. The house has everything you need, air-conditioned rooms were perfect on the hot days. Sitting together on the terrace by the lake in the evening, great! You can't go wrong with the house and would book it again and again.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. She is a very friendly host and answers questions quickly. The place is exactly as described and shown on the pictures. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, and the commute to the city is easy.

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Joost was an amazing host to me and my family! It was the first time that we were traveling abroad with our 11mo son and he made us feel right at home- even had a travel crib set up upon arrival. The location is very convenient - right above a coffee shop which Joost gives vouchers for :) very walkable and overall great space!

That was a wonderful stay in a sweet and very cozy accommodation! When we come back to Amsterdam, we definitely want to be accommodated in Astrid's little cozy cottage again! Everything you need is available here. There is also a selection of spices, coffee and tea available as well as sufficient cooking utensils and dishes. The house was very clean and tastefully cozy. The beds were very comfortable too. Shopping facilities are within walking distance, as is the bus stop with a good connection to Amsterdam. All in all, a five-star plus accommodation! Yafit and Jerry’s apartment was everything we wanted and more! Such a beautiful spot and well equipped. Me and my friend stayed for 3 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed chilling on the outdoor seating area after a long day of sight seeing in Amsterdam. On our first day we explored Zaandam on foot and on the bikes provided at the apartment. We visited nearby Zaanse Schans which was great! The other two days we spent sightseeing in Amsterdam which was easy to reach on the train. We loved our trip and we would happily stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and warm – you felt welcome from the first moment. The breakfast was excellent and prepared with a lot of love. Our little son also felt completely comfortable, which is particularly important to us as a family. We really enjoyed the time and will definitely return. See you soon! We had a wonderful time at this beachfront home. The location is fantastic and the area offers many opportunities for recreation and exploration. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – their tips for excursions and activities were very valuable. The apartment itself is very luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend this place!

The location of this Airbnb is excellent — situated in a quiet neighborhood that made for a peaceful stay. The studio is small but cozy, featuring a comfortable bed and a shower with great pressure and temperature. Since the apartment is in the basement, you could occasionally hear noises from the residence above, but it was never a major disturbance. One of the best parts is that it’s right next to a lovely park, making it super walkable. Plus, you can easily walk to many of Amsterdam’s main attractions from here, which is very convenient. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again if I return to Amsterdam.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Carien's beautiful place -- it is in an excellent location for exploring Amsterdam - it is beautifully decorated, spotless and modern -- and Carien has thought of everything that anyone could need in terms of leaving amazing treats and bathroom amenities. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Communication with Deborah was great.

The host filled the fridge with an unexpected treat of drinks and wine, which pleasantly surprised us. There was a lot of space in the apartment, it was generally nice. I was a little cold at night, but on hot days it will be great. You could hear the footsteps of the people living above us and how someone was using the water, because the house was built a long time ago. It's definitely a very nice garden. Very kind and helpful Host.

A pleasure to stay here. Much better than a hotel. Felt like home from home. As a result of a great stay, will come back again with my wife. So close to the centre but also perfectly set a little away. Great restaurants, bakery and bars nearby. A great place for taking a run each day and of course, pick up a bike and take a ride.
