Townhouse holiday rentals in Amsterdam-Noord

It was our first use of Airbnb. For us, it was the perfect getaway in family. Johan was already expecting us and greeted us in a very friendly way and showed the house. The accommodation was very pleasing, especially the living room with the conservatory and outside the two small garden tables with the chairs as well as the jetty on the water with the beanbag to relax. The kitchen was equipped with two coffee machines and well sufficient pretty dishes as well as all necessary utensils. On the 1st floor were the chic bathroom and quiet bedrooms. We also used 2 bikes from Johan, two more bikes we borrowed from the very nice and helpful neighbors. Everything was fully booked in the rental... Our host Johan was always available to us in a timely manner, gave us very good tips for the sights and eating out. In short: we felt very comfortable, would like to come back and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Clean and spacious place and well equipped. Sue was answering fast and was helpfull. Nearby restaurants and market. Parking on the street, we always found a place, even at late evening.

Our family of three enjoyed the property for 2 weeks in Amsterdam. Sanders’s home is comfortable, well appointed and a great location. Very walkable, in the center of lots to do but a quiet spot away from the crowds. It was steps away from the tram which is a straight shot to Dam square and the Jordaan district. The weather was great during our stay so the patio was wonderful in the mornings, and the air conditioning was welcome during the warm days. Check in and check out was super easy and Sanders was a great host always quick to respond. We would definitely return.

We absolutely loved staying here. The home is spacious, modern, clean and very comfortable. We especially loved the comfortable beds, modern bathrooms and kitchen, and the bean-to-cup coffee machine. It’s easy to reach the city and there are grocery shops and restaurants nearby, but at the same time it’s a very peaceful location. The hosts were very helpful and responsive, and flexible around check-in and check-out times. We would definitely choose this home if we ever visited Amsterdam again!

This was a perfect house to visit Utrecht. Quiet area and a 5 min walk to be in the centre of town. Tons and Peter were lovely hosts. Great communication and they met us to show us round the house. We loved sitting on the balcony and in the little garden. Utrecht was hot but the house remained cool as it’s surrounded by gardens and trees which was a delight.

Lovely family house with everything g we needed in a great location close to Amsterdam and public transport. Enjoyed the garden and local park.. Great recommendations from host. Would recommend for family.

Max’s place is a home away from home - comfortable, clean and cosy. Very good location to travel into central Amsterdam by train, tram or bus. A highlight for us was the garden which was the perfect space for lounging and resting in the evening after being on our feet all day. Thanks very much!

A beautiful apartment with lots of character and style. Cosy and relaxed atmosphere. Great selection of books in Dutch and English. City centre and beach in walking distance - no need to move your car at all. Friendly and helpful hosts. Best feature for me personally (passionate hobby chef): Exceptionally well equipped kitchen. Rare to find something like this in a holiday apartment!

We loved Barbara’s home. It was really beautiful and in a great neighborhood right next to the park. We especially enjoyed hanging with the cats. The place had everything we needed and nice clear instructions. They even left us a bottle of wine which was so sweet! We had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Our family had a fabulous stay in Utrecht at Laurens' house. It was very clean, very comfortable, had everything we needed and more. The neighbourhood has lots to do and some great cafes. It's about a 20 minute walk to the historic centre, but not a problem if you rent bikes and there are a lot of bike rental spots near the house. We have two small children and had a great time exploring the nearby neighbourhood playgrounds and bike routes. There is a great animal park nearby, too. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who is staying in Utrecht. Hopefully we will be back in a few years! Thank you, Laurens and Tiffany!

Steven's apartment is in an adorable real neighborhood. It is very comfortable and has all the amenities. There is a lovely outdoor patio perfect for your morning coffee (weather permitting). The subway stop is leisurely a walk down a cobblestone street to a metro line that is 1 ride to centraal station and 2-4 to all the major sites. For those with kids there is a playground right behind Steven's place and a park about 10 minute walk away and a pizza and ice cream shop along with a bakery and other food options.. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was all great. Tjietske's communication was top-notch, super structured, clear, fast and goal-oriented. The location is perfect, close to the beach, but in a quiet environment. I also liked the furnishings of the apartment very much. I have been driving regularly to Zandvoort for years and this accommodation has personally been my favorite so far.

Amazing place, really spacious and located in a very cute village. Carin was very attentive and incredibly flexible. We had some car trouble and got there late, she was checking up on us until we got there and got in the house.

Erik's house is perfect in every way to discover Amsterdam. Well located, comfortable and quiet, this house is a gem. And Erik was a wonderful host, who through his confidence, kindness and availability contributed to the success of our stay. I recommend 100%!

This whole house on the wharf of the Oudegracht canal is amazing. So close to the city centre and Twijnstraat has many cafes and shops - both food and other. Jan Paul was super helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend a stay on the wharf.

We loved staying in Heidi's home. it was very easy to find with a train stop right across from the house. the house itself was very clean, the beds were comfy and the garden is a lovely addition. there are playgrounds near by so ideal for children we did have a couple of issues but Heidi was quick to respond. overall it's an ideal location for a family.

We had a family reunion in Haarlem, at Ilaria's lovely house. We enjoyed everything and were really at ease in the house. The flexible check-in and check-out helped a lot with our plans. Ilaria kindly took care of making us very comfortable. I definitely recommend this lovely house.

The house of René’s is much better than what in the pictures, which was designed and renovated with high quality and tast. I love the garden as well, with the beautiful rose and birds. Every morning you will be waken up by the nice birds singing. The location is easy for both pedestrians and for those with bike, auto or boat. René makes notes clearly. You would find all facilities easy to use. Next time if I go to Muiten I would definitely choose the same house.

Marie's place was outstanding and we had a great stay. It is super quiet and comfy, shops with everything you need nearby, calm yet close to the center. Would love to come again!

This was the perfect house for me and our three kids (17, 15, 13). The moment we walked in, we felt at home. It's a gorgeous house with so much character and history to it, beautifully decorated and with lots of space for all of us to hang out and sleep. The location is also fantastic: safe, pretty and you can walk/bike everywhere easily from there plus take a train from the nearby central station to get to yet other places. Nanja is a wonderful host, our communication was seamless. Thank you for letting us stay at your house!

Very nice host, everything was smooth and nice

We had a truly wonderful stay at Dirk’s place! The apartment was incredibly cozy and had everything we needed to feel at home. One of our absolute highlights was the beautiful terrace – we spent every evening out there, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and making a fire in the outdoor fireplace. It was the perfect way to unwind. The location was ideal: very quiet and relaxing, yet close to the beach and convenient shopping options. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and it was clear that a lot of care had gone into making the space welcoming and comfortable. Dirk was an outstanding host – very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would love to come back someday!
