Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming, aparte badkamer en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. We can cater up to 4 persons in the apartment, which is part of our canal house, with a master bedroom (kingsize bed) and a sleeping sofa in the living room. We welcome guests that are looking for a unique stay in a historic canal house. We like to give families with (little) children a family experience in our apartment, a vibrant place in a picturesque Dutch canal house, overlooking the Westerkerk and Anne Frank House.

This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.
