Mr Nurain is an excellent host. He made me feel like family and I am glad that I stayed in his place. The pictures posted on this site do not do the apartment justice. The apartment is sparkling clean with good water supply and 24 hours of electricity supply. This is way better than staying in any hotel. Rooms are well built, big, and cozy. House is located in a safe, gated estate off Bode Thomas road, Surulere. I really recommend this apartment for anyone who wants quality for money in a serene environment, while being few minutes away from the bubbly Adeniran Ogunsanya road in Surulere.

Cool, calm, cozy and comfortable!! It's a newly built place and very well done. The interiors are well laid out, bed is nice and comfortable. There's 247 power but Generator runs after 6 pm to 9 am. However, it's a nice place with nice helpful staff. Whatever request you have is met with soonest possible. Enjoyed our stay at The Dutch Apartments and will surely stay here on our next trip to Lagos. I wish Michael and his team all the best!!

Great Stay with Family – Spacious, Clean, and Secure We recently stayed at this Airbnb with the family, and it was exactly as advertised. The living room is spacious, providing ample space for everyone to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything working perfectly, which made preparing meals easy and enjoyable. The property was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. The estate is secure, with a code required to gain entry, giving us extra peace of mind. Electricity supply was steady throughout our stay, which made the experience even more comfortable. Overall, a solid and reliable place to stay – we would definitely recommend it to others.

I had a great time at Smith’s apartment. An awesome lay out. Great for family or friends trip . All the assistance was provided when needed. There were a few issues with electricity and power during my stay that had nothing to do with Smith and his great crew who were all accomodating . I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great stay at Teddy’s place! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and exactly as described. Communication with Lisa, who helped manage the stay, was excellent — she was quick to respond and very helpful. Two out of three AC units worked perfectly, and the TVs were good quality, adding to our comfort. The bathrooms were fresh and spotless, which we really appreciated. The lights went out now and then, but they always came back quickly, so it didn’t really bother us. The only thing we missed was having a few more amenities in the building and around the apartment complex. Other than that, everything inside the apartment was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Teddy and Lisa!

I enjoyed my stay, very much. I have already rebooked to stay again. Great location for expats, that may want a place they can have a nice evening walk, with greqt neighbors. The host is amazing, and the on site staff is always helpful. Victoria D.

Patricia communicated positively and quickly. Handled all questions and issues in a timely manner. The apartment was very nice with an amazing view. The restaurants on property were a good value with excellent food and service. The pool was awesome as well. I would like to stay there again on my next visit.
