Nice villa, Good planning and spaces. All bedrooms are on first floor. Villa is in peaceful neighbourhood. Location and beach view is great. Also easy to go to da bank hoi am and ba na hills as it is situated between all 3

The villa is perfect! Not so far away from the town by taxi but inside the villa Furama, we could escape from the hustle and bustle and spend feeling comfortable and calm here surrounded by the beautiful garden. We went to the supermarket for food for the breakfast and spend loose time in the morning and cosy time drinking wine at the private pool side or at the terrace. Everything is excellent. And I'd like to say Linna is a great person! She is kind and good personality. I could contact her anytime by Line and everything I worry about was solved before the departure. She arranged the driver and the car to Hoi An to the airport for the last day after check out. So 4 of us could spend perfect days in Da Nang. I highly recommend Furama villa. Every one will have the perfect days there.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and spacious (for a family of four). The butler team was always available and attentive to our needs and questions. They cleaned the apartment every day and changed the linen and towels and provided bottled water. The location is right between Da Nang and Hoi An, in an 5 star resort and a great value. It is quiet and has its own private beach, pools and restaurants. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend these super hosts!

great apt and very clean and spacious. grabs were a little inconvenient to order since usually went to the gate but not a huge deal. not much around however. gym was difficult to find and figure out. requires payment according to host.

This is Residence B of Hyatt Resort which is a super duper huge compound. All amenities which you want will be there and can be used. All at the fraction of the price paid by Hyatt guests!

Very smooth transaction. The hotel is in a great location and is well run and modern. Great rooftop pool and bar, and excellent access to the beach!

This apartment is new or recently remodeled--appliances and fixtures still have manufacturers' tags on them. Location is great--just three blocks from the beach and near some good restaurants. Not in the center of town, but cabs here are cheap and easy to find. Host Duy was helpful and easy to get along with.

Thank you Minh for being so enthusiastic with us even though she is pregnant and will be born in the next few weeks. She alway responds whenever I need it at night or day. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, the blanket and towels were provided when we asked for it even though it was not time to clean up. I appreciate her enthusiasm and kindness. Resort is located between Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city so I easily go to Hoi An ancient town and Da Nang city without losing much time and cost. Private swimming pool is very clean and cool. The private beach here is not crowded so it is very comfortable. Enthusiastic and friendly service staff. The breakfast is very rich and plentiful, the cook is very delicious. We are served at the apartment and do not need to go anywhere. Very good shuttle service and very reasonable price Thank you for giving me a great vacation. The next vacation we will definitely come back to you guys.

Perfect location for enjoying the ambience of Hoi An away from the claustrophobic crowds of the old town and gain a feel for a local Vietnamese neighborhood. Nguyen has thought of everything - he offers a reasonable priced taxi service to the house and scooter rental for your stay if required. there's also a couple of bicycles for guests' use. He has a useful house book with important details set out and a useful list of important sights to view around the town. There are some delightful coffee shops and excellent Vietnamese restaurants close by if you don't fancy cooking in the kitchen. The highlight for my friend and myself was the availability of the two double beds which saved us having to take two separate hotel rooms and have the home-like feel of the living room to socialise in. Nguyen really is a super host in the truest sense - he was there to welcome us on arrival and his communication prior to arrival was superb. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at his property again.

This place is a gem. We had a great stay at La Maison Cabane with our young kids. The home is super comfortable and Huong and Kim Anh made us feel so at home and cared for. The beds were comfy and home was comfortable for all of us. We loved breakfast each morning! It was always great! The beach was a bit chilly during our visit but we still made the most of it. Loved being able to walk to dinner at a different really great spot each night. Quick Grab ride to Hoi An proper and easy to arrange all of our activities through Huong. Thanks for everything!

Good accommodation very close to the most living area of Hoi An. If they don't want to be inside downtown but if close, this is a good place

This was a return visit to Gillian's place and even better than before. The villa has just finished a long term rental - hence no reviews for a while - so it was all re-decorated and spring cleaned before we arrived. It's 10 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the golf clubhouse. The golf course has been extended to 27 holes - now includes a Jack Nicklaus designed 9 holes and a Greg Norman designed 18 holes, if you like golf. The villa looks out towards the 11th green and 12th tee. The villa is in a boutique development that's part of the prestigious Ocean Villas estate. We tried the spa (fabulous hot stone massage and reasonably priced), as well as the Reflections restaurant - yum! We'll be back !

Helios was a great host. Communication was perfect, everything was on time, home was clean all the time. Home is between Hoi An and Da Nang, both cities is easy to reach and both are gorgeous. Helios also helped rent a car and with other questions. Was pleasure to stay here, can recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ocean Villas in Da Nang! The two-bedroom apartment was lovely—spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The place feels like a country club with private security. Definitely safe and private. The residence is designed to feel like nature blended throughout and yet still able to retain the elegance of an upscale place.

We had a family holiday at Serene River and cannot recommend the accommodation enough. The staff are absolutely wonderful, the location was perfect for us, out of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, but only a short car ride if we wanted to visit. Great restaurants and local food market only a short bike ride away. Thank you so much for making our long awaited holiday so wonderful.

Thank you so much for Hung's help and arrangement for our family to have a great Spring Festival holiday, the villa is in a 5-star resort, the whole community is very quiet, the environment is very quiet, the environment is also very beautiful, you can cook your own meals or go to the hotel to eat, every day the workers clean the room and swimming pool, the resort also provides guests with a buggy car shuttle in the community, in fact, it is very convenient to go to Hoei Ancient City or Barnasan by taxi, I have already recommended this BNB to friends.

First we went to Hanoi and Hoi An for city tour then end up in the private beach at this place.We chose to escape noice and people , so this place is totally perfect for the plan.Honestly said I see her place as like a hotel more than airbnb apartment.It's clean(cleaning service every morning), full equipment, nice facilities.We are welcomed by manager and he helped us to arrange rental motorcycle and taxi to airport, also answered all questions about getting around in the area.By motorcycle to Lotte supermarket and to downtown seafood area in 20 mins, I found it's ok....pretty relaxing.Ha is a nice host , quick response and well prepared.Thank you so much!
