Located in a great area with lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Plenty of room for my family of 6. Home had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. Highly Recommended!

I went to Airbnb without going to the resort from 6 people, and there were many rooms, the beds were spacious, the bedding smelled good, and it was really nice! Above all, the air conditioner is installed in each room, and the host is very kind and responsive. It was nice that the pool was spacious, and there was a refrigerator and all the tableware ^_^ It was nice to go to rest: -)

Everything was good except for the cleaning fee we have to pay per day.

We were relaxing with friends. The villa was spacious and clean. The pool was cool and cleaned several times during our stay. The host was very responsive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Trash was picked up every day. There is a great coffee shop near the house where you can have coffee and there are also lots of shops around for groceries. The location is convenient, you can quickly get to any part of the city. When we arrived, the host prepared us cold water and fruit, which was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay at this host's villa.

The place is beautiful and clean. About 10mins from the old town and easy to get grab. The nearby houses are still empty however there's a security post right in front so it felt safe. Host is super responsive and made great recommendations

It's a great place for a big family to stay~ It's a place where both parents and children are satisfied ^^ Communication with the owner was smooth, and the location was good, so I was comfortable during the trip. We were at the accommodation, and the places we mainly used were the two marts in front, Byeonmi, Kong Cafe, and a Chinese restaurant right next to the accommodation. I wanted to go to Mitsuni, which has good reviews, but I couldn't go. The beach was close, so we could play in the water, and the swimming pool in the accommodation was at a suitable temperature, so the kids had a blast. If you're worried about large family accommodation, I recommend it~^^

I was able to book at a lower price than other sites. It was close to the lobby, so it was rather nice to be able to walk to the lobby when ordering food or going to tourist attractions! The lawn was well maintained, and the tableware was prepared without any shortage. I also used the water and towels provided every day. Even though the check-in time was late, I was able to check in smoothly. Overall, I'm satisfied!

Stayed as a family, 5 adults and 2 children, space was perfect for us. We were collected at Danang airport, courtesy of the Airbnb. We had such a lovely stay! The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and lots of great restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was a great size, perfect for cooling off after a hot day. Only 10 minutes to the Old Quarter too, which made exploring super easy. A special shoutout to Lam and her amazing team who made us delicious breakfasts every morning, they were so kind and welcoming, and really made us feel at home. Would definitely stay here again!

It's very kind. If you're making a reservation, be sure to ask where the toad house is. The owner is pretty.

I love it!

Everyone in the group was satisfied. It's clean and luxurious. However, there were too many items sold in the refrigerator, so it was a little inconvenient to put in the group's groceries.

Super clean - responsive host - great area

If you come to Hoi An, this is a place to book again without hesitation. It was as beautiful, spacious, and pleasant as the pictures. We used it for 4 people, but the bed is spacious and the accommodation is large, so I think it is possible for more than 8 people. The front of the swimming pool is all rice fields, so the scenery is nice and there are hardly any people passing by, so I had a really fun time. It was deep for adults, but it was nice to have a tube and a life jacket. I looked around the neighborhood with the bike that was provided in the evening, and thanks to that, I had a good memory. It was on the outskirts, but it was quiet, so it was rather nice. The road is well maintained, so it seems comfortable if you have a vehicle. Above all, the host was really kind.♡ Overall, it was a flawless accommodation!!

This place is beyond expectations. Every inch, nook and corner ooze sophistication and elegance. What a magnificent and majestic villa it was; straight out of the Malibu beach book of serenity. LOVE IT AND WILL CERTAINLY VISIT AGAIN.
