Holiday rentals with beach access in Anamur

Modern apartment, very very clean , close to all amenities ,shops,services and beach . Very helpful host, very responsive, responds very quickly to our every request , a very good stay to recommend

Apartment is great! Good layout, perfect floor plan and a large balcony, plus the quiet location. Across the street and I was already on the beach, which is not as crowded here as further up to the cable car. The surrounding restaurants are also a little quieter. The supermarket opposite is one of the best in its group. Lots of fresh fruit and Turkish specialties, freshly prepared. Oezdal and his wife Eda are a jewel. Always available at short notice, in a good mood and available for information even in the middle of the night. I have often been in Alanya in private apartments as a guest at home. The apartment of Oezdal and Eda is now at a lonely peak! In the future, I will only stay here if I am allowed! Thanks again to Oezdal and Eda for this beautiful apartment, the loving care and simply for EVERYTHING. Bernd

Lived for 2 months in September and Oct. great location near the beach. The apartment is equipped with all necessities. The apartment is big and spacious. The street is quite quiet, although the kitchen and hall overlook the road. Dishes are huge!The only balcony is low and you need to get used to it (with small children with caution). Neighbors are noisy. The lights from the air conditioners do not turn off so I had to seal with black tape, although the curtains were black out,but they were not until Paul so the light still broke into the room early. There is not enough light in the hall ( you need a bigger chandelier), it's dim in the evening. The hostess is very communicative and pleasant. Check-in through a code lock is quick and cool!

Great location, easy walk to the beach, town and lots of amenities close by. Very spacious, internet was good, and having the office in the second bedroom was great to use. The apartment is very big a spacious too. Building has an elevator and two good size balconys. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed the stay and is a very quiet area. It took us about 25 minutes to walk towards the Atatürk statue, and about 20 minutes walk to kleopatra beach. We had quick respons from the owner and their administration company if we needed anything.

She is a great host. There were as many towels as we didn't want in the house, which was a plus for us. And there were a lot of options in terms of bed linen. All the technological appliances in the house were working smoothly. The house was spotless. Thank you so much natalia, thank you very much. The location is 6 minutes walk to the center. The safety and cleanliness of the site was great. Also, having a pool was a plus for us.

We stayed there for 11 days and felt very much at home right away. The location is really great. You have such a beautiful view. In case of problems and questions, the host is very helpful and directly accessible. I will definitely come again.

We booked this place for 7 nights, we found that the property was very nice and spacious, perfect for a couples holiday. The views from the balcony were the star of the show, we greatly enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings chats on the balcony overlooking the stunning views. The only let down was the garden, unfortunately it had not been maintained and we were looking forward to being able to use the BBQ grill, as advertised, however we were unable to. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend to anyone!

The villa and the view is amazing. Perfect stay for families. The villa had everything you need, and you can easily find nice restaurants and shops just 5 min away. Perfect location if you would like to stay by the sea and explore the city which is charming.

The house was very clean and tidy, the location of the house of the necessary size is very close to the sea but about 5 km away, it makes more sense to swim in the bays

Serhat is really an excellent host. He took care of us. Transfer from our arrival to Alanya, breakfast dropped off at the door. The apartment is clean, very well equipped. Pool, sauna, beach less than 5 minutes' walk. Shops nearby. The best.

We had a lovely stay with our three young children. -Spotlessly clean -Modern clean bathrooms with powerful showers and well functioning toilets -Fairly well equipped kitchen (dishwasher tabs and oil not included) -Nice balcony. -Good tv with Netflix etc -Playroom downstairs which was well used by the kids -Gym with modern equipment right opposite playroom -swimming pool and small outdoor playground (pool not warm) -huge playground right near apartment -helpful host, organised Transport for us at very short notice! Thank you Pragma for a lovely stay. The apartment is even better than the photos.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location was incredibly peaceful and beautiful, with everything you could need just a short walk away. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and respectful, making the experience even better. From the moment I arrived, this place felt like home. The walk to the sea took just 5-7 minutes, and there are great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at the apartment. Very nice apartment with a very nice view. Easy check-in without any problems. Stella was very welcoming and helpful. In addition, a lovely pool area.

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!
